The Canvas Hotel

Location is good, opposite to AEON Bukit Tinggi. The room is clean and the sound proof system of the room is good.

The Parking lot which allotted for guess parking. To excess to the Hotel Lobby, you need to walk up the staircase with your luggage. In the event of raining, you will caught wet as you need to walk about a small distance in the open air.

Location is very good, just cross the bridge and can reach the Aeon Bukit Tinggi. Ample parking space and Free Parking. Kettle is dirty but they help to change it quickly.

A bit hassle during the check in time as we need to carry our luggage from car park via staircase to the lift to lobby. I have read the review before booking this hotel, so i choose to check in first then pay RM 50 deposit (refundable) to get the card access to basement lift and bring in my luggage. There was no direct lift from basement to hotel room. free wifi is available but the speed is a bit weak.

What I loved: - the bed was comfy and overall the room was clean - water is provided in glass bottle to reduce plastic consumption - the decor was great! There's also a coffee table book about the art pieces in the room - checking in was easy and fuss-free - it's right in front of Aeon mall so no problem to buy food and other necessities - ample parking space in the basement. Parking is free but you need to validate the Touch N Go card at the reception counter

Some minus points: - shower water had a bit of a sewage smell upon the first flow. It dissipates soon enough though.

Walking distance to Aeon Mall via the connecting bridge of the opposite building. Nice and quiet neighbourhood. Room is clean. Comfy pillows. Quite easy to get Grab rides but you need to inform them to enter from the other side of the building with the touch-n’-go gate. Because the map set the resident side as the default entrance.

Loud door slamming that happened a couple of times during my stay. Apart from that everything is okay.

Bed was super comfortable and the air conditioning vent was well placed (not blowing directing at the bed). The layout of the room was good. Enough closet space with a sliding door. Proper study table for work, minibar and fridge. Filtered water provided and refilled daily.

The pillow was too high for me and they didn’t have other options. I slept using a rolled up towel for the 3 nights.

The hotel quite nice. I like the shower gel the most as smells good. And the room design is really make you like at home. The carpark is free just when you enter need to use own touch and go card, and the staff will help to waive off the fee

The pillow is a bit high for us. So when sleep neck a bit pain.

I love the location...very near to Aeon Mall and also GM Klang. Very near to my workplace as i went there for work. Easy access from KLIA by bus for only rm15. The room was modern and nicely decorated. Amenities were replenish every day. The security was also exceeded my expectations.

I asked for an iron from the front desk. I was told that iron is not provided. I found out later the next day that there were irons and ironing board in the hotel. The receptionist should tell me that all irons was borrowed by the hotel guests. And they should limit the time usage so that other guests could also use the iron

New and clean. Security wise great.

They should have placed labels in the elevator to tell us that the lobby is on the 7th floor. We took the elevator to the ground floor (with our luggages) searching for the lobby. A security guard told us that it’s on the 7th floor and we had to take the elevator up. A bit inconvenient for tired guests

The location is very convenient for tourist. You can walk across the street to Aeon shopping mall, Food street and Coach stop. With the LRT Shah Alam Line project to be complete by year 2025, this hotel will definitely be my choice for coming trips.

Air-cond a bit warm when the weather is hot, takes time to chill. The technician made an effort to the matter when we rang up in the evening.

Cleanliness good. well maintained.

No direct access from parking area to lobby. High charges.
