The view is stunning and access to the beach was easy. The unit was also large and had nice pockets of space to enjoy the view and relax. The kids loved the whole ambience. The staff are very friendly and we got this nice morning messages everyday checking up on our stay. It was very thoughtful.

Loved the sea! Pity about the red flags. Would have liked to swim in there. The location and views were beautiful. Loved that the staff kept in touch via WhatsApp to check on us. The sunsets are to die for!

I didn't like feeling trapped without a convenience store available. The lobby is quite a walk away and the spa was on the far end. Had an appointment at the spa but couldn't get there as it was raining. Food choices were limited at the cafe. The property is a little old and could do with some refurbishment. My bed was super creaky. As I was walking in front of the villas, I actually fell through the sand into a hole that wasn't visible. Quite shocking, really but thankfully I was unhurt.

Love that the pool is nice, the room is spacious, the staffs are friendly, the beach is beautiful, the sunset is spectacular, the sunrise is awesome!! Lots of activities can be done, swimming in the afternoon, steambot and bbq until midnight, joging by the beach in the morning, jump into the sea...

The front beach is clean and beautiful but the beaches next door are quiet dirty and smelly so when you go for joging early in the morning it's quiet an eyesore...I can't find where is the gym 😅😅😅 and the toilet's door stucked sometimes 😒😅

Loved having the option to eat in with good kitchen equipment. The steam/ shower was lovely, I had a steam bath before the shower, so relaxing! The lounge room was good, would of been better to have a news channel in English. The bed was large but the mattress very hard and slopped down, but didn't stop a good nights sleep! The reception was very helpful and answered all messages. The spa bath was faulty when we arrived but the men worked hard to get it up and running. The restaurant had delicious food (especially the fish and chips!). Pool area was nice, would of been better with some sun loungers but the table and chairs were readily available.

The bed, no sun loungers around pool. Would be handy if there were instructions on how to use the steam shower panel, but we worked it out. I felt very relaxed at the end of the stay! A bit far away from local shops so need to bring food with you.

Sea view suites has an awesome view, during the stay we get to see great sunset view. The master room was spacious as well as the living room. The second bedroom was a little cramped but it is fine and were still comfortable 🥰

Few things to improve or things I think could be better: 1. The suites smells weird, it smells like a room that had been abandoned for quite some time, I understand that people mainly go here for the villa but please make the room smells better? ☺️ 2. Cafe is too far away from the suites, well it is good to walk though but inconvenient for ppl tht doesn’t drive there or if theyre a lazy ass 3. The ceiling FAN! I kind of dont like the idea of pulling the plug? to turn it on, it looks old tho maybe some people do like it but i personally dont

I like d location and our apartment hotel. D view of d sea was stunning plus d beautiful sunset!

I don't really like d price of d apartment as it didn't quite match with d facilities, pool wasn't too big & was always crowded. d dining area or cafe was rather small & too hot, there're only 2 stand fan with very low speed, a lot of flies were around there too. No free internet in d apartment. d price is ok if those criteria are meet.D booking.com didn't tell us earlier or specifically if we are booking for d pool villa or apartment..need to improve on this. I was a bit dissapointed when after I made d booking it was an apartment & not d pool villla.

Location and staff friendliness was great.

Rooms are a bit run down. The cafe is very average. If you have a car or motorbike, drive the 30 minutes to Shangri-La for lunch. Probably a taxi if at night. Their food and drink prices were shockingly affordable given the scale and environment. Wifi not available in any room unless you complain and are given a little device that doesn't last long before needing recharge. Assume no wifi, and if you drive and bring you own food to cook, you will have a great time.

The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well equipped. Communication with reception was maintained well through WhatsApp messages. The beach nearby was very quiet and beautiful. The pool was warm and well maintained.

The furniture was a bit old and worn and some things were not working well such as a leaky fridge and broken doorbell. The menu at the restaurant was very limited, although the meals we had were good.

I love the view .... overall is good .... My family is happy staying ...everything was good from check in till check out

Only the pool is problem with us because some of family member is muslim so they prepare use simple tshirt and short pant. But they cant go in but we are also understand the rules so maybe its ok .... They just dont happy about this .... Maybe its because when we go to other hotel they can just swim with tshirt so .... just saying 😊

The water supply problem. During the check-out day, there were no water supply due to the problem from JANS. But, the BBV team had already prepared a bucket of water for emergency use in the bathroom.👍🏻 However, it was not enough for us, so we used the bottled drinking water that we brought ourselves to wash our face & brush our teeth.😂 We also used the pool water to clean some dishes & do some 'light' showering in the bathroom. We smelled like chlorine afterwards.😂 The BBV team did inform us that they had arranged a lorry to deliver water supply to the villas, but we didn't get to see the lorry because we need to check out by 12 noon.😅
