This is a newly renovated hotel from the old shop lots in Kg.Air. Back in the days, this area was the red light district of KK where you can find illegal Indonesians and Filipino selling condoms along the curbs every 20m on the walkways. Those days were gone and it seems the street has been cleaned up in the past 6 years when I last came here. From the ground floor up, the hotel looks modern, clean and designed with guests comfort in mind. The receptionist though, was not well-trained or just don't have the ability to speak to customers. The counter looks quaint but a little narrow. My economy double room was on the 2nd floor which required walking up the stairwell. Seems like the most complete hotel I've ever seen in it's compactness. Built-in wardrobe, hangers, mini bar, clean sheets and double pillows, remote-controlled fan, aircond, makeup table and mirror, modern switches and walk plugs (at least 3) and one right next to bed, dim incandescence table lamps and wall lamps, down lights, solid towel rack in the toilet, a water hose that does not leak, high-pressure shower with a working water heater, a mirror and a sink that works, ventilator fan, toiletries and clean towel provided. Good job! Nothing is lacking. Everything is solid and working well. 👍

The only 2 things I could overlook considering the room is very good. One piece of cigarette lying on top of the mirror in the bathroom, and water ponding when shower is running for more than 10 minutes.

We were greeted with a smile and check in was quick & easy. The room was clean & comfortable, and I feel good effort has been made to keep the rooms nice. I appreciated the attention to detail, eg windows that matched the decor, also frosted & opened outwards so you could allow air into the room but maintain privacy. WiFi was strong & stable, shower had warm water & the drying line in the bathroom was appreciated. Good location by shops, restaurants & markets, many things in walking distance. Would happily stay again.

Location very nearby to night market jalan gaya on friday and saturday and morning market on sunday. Can take a grab driver to nearby to Sabah Suria shopping centre, wisma merdeka, sicc, centrepoint, waterfront and imago shopping centre

Just the first night where my father complain of itchy bedsheet but the staff promptly change it so it is okay.

Stayed over 2 separate periods ivo visits outside KK city. Great location within needed amenities and various eateries. Need to negotiate staircase to staff counter and some rooms. Needed basic creature comforts well met. Clean. WiFi works well :) Sufficient power outlets. Staff friendly, accommodate to requests and prompt in making decisions for room change when door lock is not working.

Nil i didn't like. For Consideration, Hotel Signpost to be made more obvious and attractive in the midst of many other distractions and dated facade.

Eg only if possible Just FOC at least 2 PCs of car parking ticket for every one day rental in this hotel.If two days just available for 4 PCs and so on .If the rental get finished the ticket then he/she will look for another one.So the rental person keep easy by no need to looking anymore car parking and by this way he/she will alwayz easily rental this hotel at time later.This only our suggestion only.

1.No lift 2.plse prepare for 2 PCs of one room excess card which we will going out eg for lunch/dinner not at the same time

Very accessible to almost everything you need around. Walkable to and from the stores, restaurants, parks, malls, etc.

None so far. Just bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. Soap and shampoo, towels, shower caps, all provided. Also, there are no complementary drinking water. But they have tea and instant coffee. Water outside is cheap anyway, not a big deal.

10/10!! We stayed for 3 nights and had an amazing experience. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the owner Singh provided by far the best hospitality we have received in our 4 months of travelling. The rooms were perfect: Very clean, AC worked well and the beds were spacious and comfy. The hotel is in a perfect location (less than 5 minute walk to night markets.) I highly recommend anyone staying in KK to stay here.

Stairs stairs stairs to go up.. rooms at the back aren’t great from window(Slam buildings with rats and pigeons).The rainwater drainage sounded as well.

A lovely little hotel, clean and comfortable, well suited for a quick stay in the city. It's located near restaurants, stores, and a laundromat, and should have all you need. The staff are helpful and welcoming as well. Highly recommend!

This is really a cute hotel. I stayed with family. So, it's a bit crowded for me. But, nevertheless, everything is reachable. Food,laundry, 24hrs store, kfc.

Please inform your customer to pay the park. We are not from here, so we are not aware until we saw a nice "paper".
