My family and I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights in an industrial room. Oh my goodness, it was incredibly spacious, clean, and just like the pictures. The beds were comfortable, and even with three beds (two singles and one double bed), we still had plenty of room. It was very comfortable for all five of us, including two adults and three young children. The pillows were cozy, and the sofa was nice. All the other amenities like the TV, fridge, water heater, hairdryer, and more were in good working order. Despite the room's size, the air conditioning was very effective and kept the entire space comfortably cool.

There are a few downsides to note. Firstly, there is no elevator, and our room was on the second floor, so we had to climb the stairs. Additionally, there was no staff present during check-in; it was entirely self-check-in, which was easy and very quick, but there was no assistance with our luggage. I arrived with three small children while my husband was still at work, so this proved to be quite challenging. Everything else was fine, but it would be even better if an iron was provided in the room (instead of outside) and if a bidet was installed near the toilet. If it's not possible to provide irons in all rooms in the near future, perhaps having higher-quality irons available on each floor would be a good solution.

The location was within city centre and most places are walkable. Room was spacious as per photos and check in process was fuss-free. Staff was understanding/ courteous as they answered our queries efficiently. Accom is right next to a laundromat and breakfast/dinner spot.

Our room faced the main street, and the vehicle revving sounds are quite audible, a tradeoff for its location. The shower head water pressure is fairly low and the aircon had a minor leak. Note: accom does not provide toothbrush/toothpaste and daily necessities except soap/shampoo (not an issue for us as we were pre-informed).

The room is quite spacious and most importantly clean and comfortable. I stayed 2 times with different rooms, will surely stay here again in the future. As for the staffs, they are really helpful and easy to communicate with. I forgot my earphone and they help me to find and keep it. The location is strategic in which there is dobby just beside it, restaurant and even convenient store. Easy to check in and out as well. They don't have security guard and receptionist at night, but I still feel safe since their door got password only guest can access. After 5pm, Their receptionist available by WhatsApp and that's also convenient for the guests. Thank you HotSpot

Easy access to convenience nearby. Mini fridge to store your leftover food/drinks & microwave for reheating. Good internet (average 49Mbps), use it because TV only have free channel. Soap & shampoo prepared inside bathroom, not as amenities.

No bidet in room's toilet. Get ready your portable bidet when planning to stay here. Check-in a bit hard. make sure you have Whatsapp ready because receptionist only available 9 a.m - 6.p.m. No lift, get used with stairs.

Love the decor and location close to everywhere interesting and useful like dobi and convenience store. Room is clean and wifi works well. Water heater n water pressure also good. Even got microwave inside. Tv also works well and got usb port.

Got a lot of power outlet but only 1 close to bed. Room is smaller than I imagine. Maybe crowded because of the furniture. Should put 1 big mirror inside of room to make room appear bigger and more aesthetics.

The receptionist is very helpful and kind. She would try her best to solve any occurring problems I faced during my stay. Kudos to her. It’s also easy to get grab cars at the hotel area. Walking distance to other places, Segama, Centre Point, Sinsuran, Gaya Street.

The only thing lacking is there’s no elevator. My room was at the 3rd floor. A bit tiring for me to climb up to the 3rd floor.

Just direct To the point i like the Hotel.. so comfort the Room as expected..i like the design on the main entrance.. and the Area so convenient.. going To the mall(CenterPoint Mall/Philipino Night Market/Pasar besar Kota kinabalu) All taking only 5-10min walk .. if so lazy To walk cannot help it…

Perfect location. approx 15min by car from KK airport. seven eleven in front and many supermarkets within a few seconds walk. Food place beside the hotel. cinema within 5 min walk. KFC within 5 min walk. location is on GRAB clean & spacious room with airco, fridge, microwave, TV, kettle and a couch. Free water refill (good for planet Earth) friendly staff contactless check in.
