Hotel S. Damansara

Hassan was the receptionist when I checked-in. I was travelling from KB for work-related and he was being very considerate on the deposit charge. I didnt know there was a difference in amount for deposit if you pay by cash (RM100) and credit card (RM50). So, thanks to him, I paid cash and only paid half price depo. Reached KL late due to rain & traffic but the bed we get managed to put us in deep sleep and it was comfy. Room space was just nice for husband & I and despite the mrt track & main road was outside our window, it was a noise-proof room! Breakfast was good at the total price of amount. Definitely a satisfying one! Tq!

So far, both of us had a great stay despite only one night. So,nothing we could complaint!

Free and spacious parking. The staff very friendly and helpful. Room included breakfast. Easy check-in and check-out process. Room are clean and worth the price. For Queen bed room, it's soundproof. You can enjoy a quite and calm night

The room light bit gloomy so it kinda difficult to get a good lighting to do my make up. The plug point can fit 3pin plug but not malaysian plug. Only one Malaysian plug point available in the room. so need to take turn to use

There was some noise in the bathroom when water runs or after shower

connecting rooms, we booked two rooms. hair dryer in room. Wifi very fast, wifi password on room card. breakfast ok. one dustbin in room and bath room each. mirrors in room free parking underground. like the lock of the room door, very secure will stay again.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The place is comfortable and clean. The hotel has nice fancy elevators & well decorated. Safety features on door and windows that I stayed in. Felt safe staying there.The breakfast buffet has lots of options too.I recommend this place. I would rate 5 stars and worth my money.

- Queen bed room with window, nice view (able to see train passed by) - Completed toiletries - Good shower pressure - Comfortable bed - cleanliness of the room - Full mirror - Parking onsite

- Insufficient of plug point (only 2 plug point in the room - 1 unable to use as blocked by the TV and another not well function) - The room only 1 dim light and 1 bedside light

Lot of choice..but the juice is too sweet

The matteress bed for king size .. I think its time to change a new ONE bcause its already feel so soft the spring

Breakfast is ok not something you would brag about but today I have to called at 830 am for my breakfast which I have written down for 8am. My last stay they were very puntual in deliverling the breakfast. Not only that they were late this time, I have to call for it. Somebody not doing their job.

The TV brightness cannot be adjusted

I like the location because it's away from the noisy location.

i hope the management could provide proper breakfast. I was down to have a breakfast around 9 am but a bit sad as the breakfast had no variety also the food is almost finished and it's only 9 am.

very clean and comfortable

i have wait for iron a bit late till late night. coz i need to check put esrly morning. so i sleep very late due to this prob. but its ok. i will sure to come here again.
