Komune was a nice place to stay for a short while and it was quite tidy. Near to bangsar south and lrt and alot of access to nice facilities. Staff was friendly and attentive.

was a bit unclean as the sheets were dirty and stained, would have also preferred a room not close to the lifts as i jad trouble sleeping due to the sound of the lifts. Overall was a pleasant stay just minor problems.

Good location quite near to Midvalley Mall, Game rooms are fun! opposite Southlink has many food choices for lunch or dinner. Sound insulation is very good, inside the room can't hear anything from the corridor.

- Room aircon is running but not cold enough - The TV sensor is weak, blocked by the cabinet below tv. - The hotel view is not the same as the photo shown.

i like the staffs and the hotel is easy to navigate. i actually lost one of my room card while shopping at chinatown but the staff said there will be no charges. glad about that.

they give you kitchen and stated they will prepare the utilities but oh my god. there are no fork, spoon and even plate. its baffling. we actually need to go out to midvalley’s food court JUST TO EAT the food we cooked. RM3 paid for tge midvalleys ticket… and whats with the lack of tissue?

Location is great. Multiple eating options. Room is clean and hygienic.

Would have liked a bathroom freshner. The drain smells even after flushing multiple times.

my 5th/ 6th time here. strategic location, great value for money, comfy rooms, and hassle-free booking. parking is also now partially subsidized with RM5 per entry.

manual check-in process remains much to be desired - luck-dependent whether it’ll be a lengthy wait or a breeze. the check-in machine itself could not find my booking (did mine via Booking.com)

Beding was good and altough pillow is not enough, you get what you pay for. Pool, games room etc all well equipt and good for the nights stay. Self check in/out kiosk is convinient and good.

1.Parking is charged rm5 per entry. Maybe hotel guests should be given benefits for free parking. Otherwise it is no point cause the room price is expensive and can just book other hotels instead. 2. Room extension is based on walk in rate and equals to 1 night fullprice on booking.com.

The room I chose on the 24th floor was very interesting because I could see a beautiful view from the top. The atmosphere was so calm when entering the room that I didn't want to go out anywhere.

The check in process is very complicated including having to go to the check in machine & fill in information repeatedly due to uncertain errors. Komune Living should use direct payment through Online Booking.com & not through abusive machines. Google Map is also not accurate when arriving at the location. Komune Living also does not provide car parking for check-in and makes it difficult for customers if they are alone. The difficulty of finding the room level is also difficult in the receipt as if playing with a puzzle.

The location is great. About 5 minutes from the University KL express station (but the path is a bit tricky, it goes through the shopping mall). There is a food court with Korean, Japanese, Malaysian food. Also there is gym and swimming pool on the 29th floor which is included in your stay. Breakfast was good.

Co-working on the 2nd floor is not free. It costs 10 RM at the time of writing this review. Because of that a lot of people just using kitchen as a coworking space. In the Thinker studio chair is not comfortable at all so the only way to work if you are a digital nomad is to go to the kitchen of 29th floor.

Very nice size room and bathroom with walk in shower. Comfortable bed and nice little kitchen area with fridge, sink and cupboards. Nice infinity pool with plenty of comfortable seating. Restaurant is a good size with also an outside seating area. Right across the road are food outlets and a supermarket.

Close to Kerinchi station and only 3 stops from KL Sentral but please be advised that to get to the station you need to go through a covered walkway which goes over the motorway and this involves steep stairs on the station side. Not suitable for wheelchairs or those with restricted mobility.
