A great space for a family of 6 adults. All 4 bedrooms are ensuite, with an additional guest toilet and a bathroom off the wet kitchen that is probably designed for family helper. Has both dry & wet kitchens, the latter equipped with a washing machine & private exit door to main corridor (useful for caterer access if entertaining private events) We liked it that the apartment has its own private lift that goes from parking bay direct to your apartment inner corridor. This is a separate lift from the main guest lifts. So handy after major shopping outings or collecting grab food... The building has an auto mini mart on 5th floor. A novel concept of automated pay, unmanned, opens 24 hrs. Breakfast on 6th floor, not inclusive in rate, not a big variety but has everything one needs (local, western, eggs hot station, salads, fruits, juices, hot beverages etc) and payable upon check out. Quality over quantity in my opinion.. Parking is free, same level as main road, just behind the main reception, 24 hrs security Location is next to the big main junction of Ampang & KLCC. A bit tricky to go in & out when you are driving rental especially during rush hours. We did our best to avoid those particular hours

The master bedroom can benefit with a dressing mirror table & a small study table The drying function of the integrated washing machine took an awfully long time to dry our clothings. Having a separate tumble dryer machine would be a great feature for the 4 bedroom apartment, saving time considering the bigger number of people staying in the unit

It was really great stay. I consider myself lucky to find such a place. Apartment is fully equipped with all the facilities you need. Water dispenser, oven, microwave, iron, powerful A/C, washing machine and dryer, and everything is super clean, you don't need to call the staff for anything extra. Location is very good, beside the supermarket and few minutes away from twin towers, view is wonderful with nice balcony, swimming pool is nice. Sure ill be back.

Second day the cleaning process for the swimming pool took 2 hours in the middle of the day, forth day pool was closed for some maintenance, which disturbed us little.

AMAZING VIEW OF TWIN TOWERS FROM BALCONY SHOPPING MALL next door We were checking out at 05:00 & the restaurant provided us with a takeaway breakfast box that we could heat & eat b4 checking out. AGAIN A BIG THANK YOU.

ONLY SLIGHT niggle: Roadnoise at night was a bit intrusive. Felt like sleeping next to a racetrack. However, the overall care & consideration from ALL the stuff more than negated this.

Apartment with breakfast and room service. (Holiday mood - no cooking and cleaning)😁 We have smooth checked in process by the reception even we arrived at 3am. The room are spacious and very clean. Breakfast area are clean. Foods are tasty even though the choices are not variety as other hotel. The best is swimming pool - so clean and you can even swim and see clearly without goggles, the size of the pool is big. Kids pool and jacuzzi are also available and they are best . The ambiance at 5th floor (facilities) are so calm and relaxing. The toilet at pool and breakfast area are also clean. The area is very near to malls eg. KLCC and walking distance to train station.

In master bedroom, corner near to the window, there are rotten floor and it is dangerous for kids. But unfortunately it doesn't bother us at all as that area is covered by the curtain.

I was a regular guest in this residence, this place met all my needs and the reception were well trained and meet all their guests requests. The location was just 5mins walk to a mall with supermarkets and other shops available for all the needs for the stay.

good location directly outside / across the road from an MRT (subway / underground station). We had a 2 bedroom apartment that looked onto the petronas towers. Clean rooms, washer and dryer was a great addition to the room, meant we could clean and dry our holiday clothes.

Had to cross a very busy road to get to the MRT and back. Security guard would just laugh at us rather than actually help us cross the road (we had a young child with us). Doesn't seem to be an under / overpass to use to cross the road to the MRT. Thats not the hotels fault, more to do with pedestrian safety and planning on the part of KL authorities. Maybe pedestrian safety is not as important in malaysia as it is elsewhere in Europe / North America.

The location is good. It has a fantastic view of the Twin Towers from the room we stayed. Can be located quickly and the staff are good. We took a 2 bedroom apartment. Worth the money spent. Very spacious living room and other rooms. Nice kitchen with all required stuff, Washing machine, separate room if we have a maid.....There are a few restaurants nearby (Walkable). 15-20 mins drive to most of the attractions. Overall a good and nice place for a family to stay.

No restaurant at the hotel which is a minus. Grab helps. No direct House Keeping and you got to call reception for everything and that is not so comfortable. Also, breakfast is almost the same every day except for changes in a few menus. No good breakfast for Indians looking for any Indian food.
