The welcoming cookies and the breakfast were great! During our check-in time, the hotel gave us a warm good times cookie and it was soooo delicious and healed us after a long trip from Jakarta to KL and KL airport to the hotel. I bought 2 cans of cookies and brought them to Indonesia! The cafeteria near the hotel elevator sold them. During my stay, every day, the staff sent messages to ask about my stays and was there anything they could help. It's awesome! The room 1428 in the corner has an extra isle and it was superb except the last night I stayed; a smell of cigarettes was there. I'm not sure whether it can reach my room from my Neighbour (since the room has connecting door) or air conditioner :(

The hotel is in a great location: near a train station (in fact, you can see it upon leaving the mall in which the hotel is) and within walking distance for the famous Petronas Towers. Breakfast is quite a smorgasbord spread consisting of Indian, Asian, Chinese and Western cuisine. My booking included dinner and my dinner (buffet) on the first night was had on the 11th floor. Like breakfast, it had a lot of options from various cultures. My room was quite spacious that included a great and comfortable sofa, on which I spent a lot of time while in the room. There is a welcoming drink (you have to help yourself), and I was given a warm choc-chip cookie upon checking in. On my last day, my check-out time was extended by 8 hours because of a mix-up with housecleaning, which did a great job, inn general. Unfortunately, I could not take them up on the entire time because of my flight time. I stayed for only two more hours.

My dinner on the second night which was in the Italian restaurant on the 10th floor. Unlike my dinner on the previous night, this was a la carte. The portions were quite small.

Welcome cookies was a delight! Comfortable room despite it being quite dated. Location was perfect, located within the Intermark Mall which has good eateries (Korean restaurant below was superb). Didn't get to explore much within the area as kids were down with flu. Stayed within the mall/room mostly which was enough to have a quiet weekend away. Breakfast choice was massive. Enjoyed the teh tarik and Chinese dishes. Hotel had staggered breakfast timing for crowd control which is good to avoid long waiting time for food as well.

Rooms need to be refurbished. Window glass had many stains, making the view unsightly.

We were in King size room with a view to the mountain - spacious and lovely but for those wanting a modern look a little tired but functional and clean. Breakfast was buffet style and well organised. Large choice of food from many countries Chinese, Indian, Malaysian, English available with lighter options. can get busy at around 9 otherwise we didn’t queue for more than a few minutes and we’re sat within five minutes. Executive lounge excellent worth a visit on 34 th floor. Staff attentive and quick response to any queries.

On a couple of days air conditioning in bar was rather cold but searching for something negative to say - we enjoyed it

concierge team needs improvement. There was no porter/bell boy at the concierge counter. Nobody can usher and show the lift location to the lobby. I need to pull 2 of my big luggages to the escalator to the lobby. The next day, after my shopping with several boxes, we required assistance and call the hotel to get the concierge team to arrange somebody to wait at the entrance but they asked too many questions. I think this is the first time I had to answer qns just to get someone to help me with my items at a hotel.

This hotel is really what we were looking for in our stay in Kuala lumpur. As a couple we came for 10 nights. Everything was just perfect for us . The warm welcoming by staff and the delicious cookies at the check in was ideal after a long plane journey. The hotel was connected to a commercial mall which gave us ,in addition to the hotel’s diverse restaurants , various dining and shopping choices.The excellent location makes it very comfortable for us to navigate Kuala lumpur as the rail station is close by and connected with a bridge to avoid the hassle of crossing the traffic. The staff were very cooperative and pursuit to please the guests. We highly appreciate the professionalism of the room cleaner and his detailed care in cleaning our suite and providing what is needed. The concierge and executive lounge staff were also amazing. We liked everything thing in this hotel which will make it definitely our choice again in our next visit to Kuala Lumpur 👍

All the service crew and staff are very kind and friendly, always welcome visitors with big smile. There's couple of things that make me felt very welcomed is I book the room without breakfast but the receptionist checked us in with complementary breakfast and even give us cookies which taste very nice!! In the morning when queuing for the breakfast, without tasting them already makes me even more hungry. After tasting all the 3 Chinese, Malay and Indian cuisine the deliciousness it's over my expectation. Last but not least, I wanted to purpose to my partner and made some coordination with the staffs for room deco and other requests, it turned out super amazing. My partner and I very appreciate and touched with all the decorations and efforts the staff have made. DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur is really one of the best hotel to stay in no matter for worker or traveler. Thanks for having us ❤

definitely the location. close to klcc and inside intermark building which is great. From cafe, drink place, bookstore, familymart, foodcourt and different kind of restaurants, all in one place. the lounge is nice and the breakfast was good. lots if varieties and the interior is beautiful. klcc is just 10min walk from the hotel, so a big plus for me

the corridor was definitely a bit smelly, like humid smell which is a bit unpleasent but not a big deal, and the amenities are not what I expect from a 5 star hotel. the restroom floor is slippery and hot water in the sink took a while to function. the location is great, however during working hour, the traffic jam can be annoying, but again not a big deal as long as you avoid those hour

Excellent breakfast with Indian, Chinese and Malay cuisine. Masala tea for breakfast makes the whole day good! The mall has everything you need on the basement and ground floors. A slow walk to KLCC park near the Petronas towers takes 15-20 minutes. Grab drivers are found and arrive immediately.

Water leaked from the shower cubicle into the rest of the bathroom. There is also a narrow part of pavement on the way to the next junction. So if you are walking with a baby stroller, you have to carry it over the barrier that has been put up to prevent motorbikes from driving onto the pavement.

1. Despite the old age, the rooms are still in fairly good maintenance form 2. Although there were slight upgrading of the rooms with payment like airlines normally, the amount were reasonable. 3. The allowed us to checked-in early when the rooms were available 4. The Lift is good and fast 5. Located within a smaller size mall with plenty eateries. 6. The Breakfast Spread is excellent with Western, Traditional Malay, Chinese and Indian foods and you can't go wrong.

1. The Executive Room is a bit Dark at the Living Room. Would like to suggest 2 Standing Lamps at both side of the Sofa [as it is there is only one]. 2. The parking ticket after validation did not work and had to climb back to the concierge to get it done once more and the guy manning the concierge WAS NOT friendly [around 2 pm on 04.02.2024] as if the hotel belonged to him and raised his voice WHICH GATE, WHICH GATE and had no proper menace dealing with guests.
