The Staff were tremendously helpful, pro active and a great host too. To name few, Izla, Robert and few cafe staff. I have requested to change the room provided at room number 1009 since the air conditioning was not funtioning very well and manage to change to room 303 with the assistance front office staff, Thanks.

3rd floor, the smell and odour of the carpet along the corridor was unpleasant, maybe due to the ceiling's leakage. There's only one lift working fot the whole stay.

Like before this hotel always my favorite to stay when I come to Kuching for business, the staff so friendly and helpful, wish they have a good day,

I know this hotel is old style, just my suggestion hope they will upgrade to be more modern/tribal and put also our ethnic cultural items in Sarawak in the hotel design, well it's just my opinion, anyway thanks you,

The room is spacious. The breakfast was delicious and wide variety. For local cuisine, there were 2 type of carbohydrate (rice or noodles), 1 protein (chicken). Western breakfast were cooked differently every day consist of potatoes, sausages and bean. There were cereal, fish porridge, cake and bread. For drinks, there will 2 type of hot and iced respectively.

Overall it is a good place to hold an official events but the swimming pool was closed. The location is not walkable to the tourist attaraction. The bathroom quite small

First time staying in this hotel. their staffs were really helpful especially the lady who checked me in on 18th May and the guy who helped me to check the WIFI in my room for my meeting. (would love to include their names but I forgot their names :( ). the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I also had a nice view from my room since I was placed on a high floor (level 8). Although I was placed on a smoking floor (level 1 - 8 is a smoking floor while 9 and above are non-smoking floors), the cigarette smell wasn't overwhelming. parking spaces are provided and its free!! its also hassle free (no need to take ticket and punch at receptionist counter before going out).

This hotel is quite old but its clean. I dislike the door locks as its manual (need to use key to open and its much faster if the hotels upgrade to a key card system. The bed linens were quite uncomfortable as they are the kind that itches your skin; the hairy kind. the comforter was really thin. Toilets doesn't flush properly. need to double flush after doing big business **insert crying and laughing emoji**.

Value for money. Spacious room. Easy to park your car. The manager full of smile and very helpful

Old but good maintained. The lift got problems. We need to use stairs to level 7🥲. But they fixed it quickly

Staff eager to serve and help (with luggage, umbrellas, dining options, ...) Great location, with famous eateries, ordinary kopitiams, Mita Bakery within walking distance.

I found the building a tad worn down. Internet access was too slow, though, even compared with homestay we were in (across the river) a couple days before.

All staff very helpful and friendly. Room is spacious and thanks a lot for considering our parents that difficult to walk, they provide us vallet parking. Appreciate it 🥰

Basement parking smelly.

Location is near to waterfront, mall and food place. Staff is responsible . My booking room is full but staff give us bonus upgrade to premium room because my family and i is second time stay ini this hotel . I love it have car parking and swimming pool.

Hotel a bit run down. Need a major refurbishment and update. - one of the lift broke down during my stay, hall carpet have old dusty smell, outdated furniture and toilet won't stop flushing sometimes
