The room,the bed the scenery and cleanliness

Reception staff,i want to extent the room the night staff said okay i can extend for 1 night but day staff said i cant and and very unhelpfull and idiot..i even asked to pay for the room i stayed while i’ve been payed the room after receiving the key for my room..what a lost for a hotel like pullman who has a reputation but scrap by the reception staff..im very disappointed and upset to them..i hope the management can make this up..bye

Good location, spacious and very friendly staff especially staff at front desk, Puzzle restaurant and The Peak lounge. Credits to Mr David Tan from F&B for his great hospitality, super attentive and very friendly attitude.

Housekeeping need to be improved, carpet need vacuum, the smoking room at Deja Vu bar need better exhaust system to manage cigar smoke from spread out to lobby / common area. Can smell the tobacco smoke even at the lobby. very unpleasant especially for non smoker guests. PLEASE MANAGE THE CONDENSATION PROBLEMS (Floor 20th) The hallway and carpet smells mildews and wall is moldy.

For the price I paid per night the room is so large. That was great!. I did not take the hotel breakfast but every morning I did go to the coffeehouse just for just coffee, and to my surprise they actually gave us coffee for free for all 3 mornings. This was wonderful. The hotel is 2 minutes walking distance to my conference place in Hilton and also 5 minutes walking distance to the Kuching waterfront. They also have good gym facilities, which I used.

The coffee provided through the vending machine is very little in quantity, weak and cold. I had to go for 2-3 round to feel satisfied.

We stayed at Pullman Kuching a coupe of time now when we travel home to visit families. So we know the previous stays have been brilliant and we are impress with the comfort, how close it is to the town.

In this occasion. We are extremely disappointed with the pool and pool area. The pool was dirty and there were black grime on the poolside. Also you can see the side wall of the pool was also had could do with a good clean. I was also disappointed that the staff was cleaning the pool at 3/4pm when we were taking our daughter for a swim. There were other pool users and i think it does not give good impression to be cleaning the pool with jetwash when you have customers using the pool.

The reason I gave good rates among hotel, is because the staff were very pleasent, always smile, always helpful. 2ndly, very clean room, no dust that I could observed even under the bed. The staff really gave attention to detail. Me & my family really love our experience there. Overall, mumtaz!

One thing, please invest WD40 lubricant and spray it on every hinge regardless of door or cabinet. The 'creak' sound disturbed the quiteness. 2ndly, Very limited parking lot, or you have to park inside the mall, which really troubled the tourist. Luckily I stayed in Suite for 4 days, they gave me VIP parking. Thanks!

The cleanliness and tidiness of the room were noteworthy, creating a welcoming environment. Dining Experience: One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast provided. The variety of options offered a delightful start to each day. The quality of the food was commendable, and the dining area provided a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy the meals. Location: The hotel's location is a major plus. Situated in the middle of everywhere, it proved to be incredibly convenient. Whether I wanted to explore local attractions, dine at nearby restaurants, or access public transportation, everything was within easy reach. This central location added significant value to my overall experience.

There was a notable issue with the make-up room service. Unfortunately, the floor wasn't adequately cleaned during this service, which was a disappointment. Secondly, there was a booking error regarding the breakfast. The breakfast counter staff informed me that I had only booked for one person, but later it was revealed to be a system error on their side. Such errors, in my opinion, are not acceptable and can be quite inconvenient for guests.

- Spacious room and extremely spacious toilet (there is a chair inside even) - Breakfast options were good, taste good too - Soft and comfortable bed - Awesome views from the full length windows, we could see the fire shows on the waterfront from our rooms - close to several food options

- Their spa didn't put our appointment in their calendar, we weren't too happy about it as it was already our last day - The mall below is almost like a ghost mall, though there is a supermarket where you can buy necessities

Morning breakfast with Buffet style was satisfied. Varieties of selections from juices, hot drinks, pastry n foods. Staff were very cheerful. The room was very nice. Pillow and bed tip top. Bathroom very spacious. Got tub and shower differently. Locations near city centre and reachable waterfront area. Parking available and it was convenient to find the space anytime. Bell boy is helpful too. Will come back in the future.

Stayed 2 nights, No available iron until check out and iron board was broken. Asked operator to send iron immediately because i have meeting that day. Wasting time of waiting. Manage to borrow from other rooms. My colleague also experienced the same. Have iron but no iron board. Toilet bowl not cleaned enough. Got hair on the sink. Air conditioner not cold enough. Just so so.

The hotel is amazing. The staff are very helpful and it's really value for money. Cleanliness is top notch and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, western and Malaysian. What we also liked as passionates of fitness is the gym, the equipment was old but very well maintained and the gym was very spacious, with more room for yoga or stretching or HIT workouts. All in all we enjoyed our stay at Pullman Kuching..keep up the standards ☺️

The jacuzzi was not warm but that's just a detail..

The location was great!!! We were able to take a 5 mins walk to reach the river, and we enjoyed a peaceful night stroll. We walked about 15 mins to reach the old courthouse and have a great meal at the Commons. It was also possible to walk to the TopSpot if you enjoyed seafood in the open air. I left my power adapter on the wall at check out; they kept it well, and I collected it four days later when we returned from the rainforest, the manager and the staff were all so helpful, running to get it as my grab stopped for this pick-up on our way out.
