The staff where so friendly and the room super clean. I had a long stay in the hotel and i felt so welcome. It’s near to the airport and i like that it’s not directly in the centre. Everything that you need it’s near; grocery, restaurants, mall etc. It’s about 10’ with the car. The room service, dining and laundry service is top. I’ll come here again if I come to Kuching. (:

The hotel and the room met our expectations. The staff generally helpful.. It was a value for money stay with the buffet thrown in as part of the deal.

On day 2, we changed our room, but shortly after we moved in, the key card didn't work. Long story short, they tried fixing the problem but eventually they gave us another room, though not the one we preferred at the corner. I hasten to add staff tried their best. Other than that, the shopping centre next to it is serviceable, but newer and bigger malls are nearby if you are a shopaholic.

Beautiful furnishings. Good location though not downtown. Only 10 minutes to airport and downtown, I think. Love that it’s attached to a shopping mall and the hotel breakfast is excellent. Good front desk and bell boy services. Plus they’ve a 24 room dining. Great value for the quality of the hotel.

Not walking distance to downtown. Need Grab or your own car.

Our staycation at the Imperial Hotel Kuching was truly delightful! The staff were incredibly friendly, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The room was cozy and provide a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Kuching.

The room is spacious , comfortable and clean

On my first night I realized my bed had a weird smell. I’m not sure what’s wrong but I made a request to change the bedsheets,pillow cases and quit cover due to the smell. The housekeeper took note and changed it straight away for me. Excellent service. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Take too much time to check in like more than 1 hour to queue up just to check in, haiyaaa, improve on the check in part plz, check out no problem, very smooth

Met expectation. Selection for the breakfast was adequate. The room was comfortable, though the air conditioning was extra cold. I appreciated the fact that we could choose whether we wanted frequent housekeeping or service when needed - environmentally friendly. The meeting room that we used was well equipped and the services good. The fact that hotel was connected to a mall was a plus.

Air conditioning - the temperature setting - a tad bit cold. The air conditioning vent in the room could do with a clean. Other than that everything else was ok.

Breakfast is great. Massive window. Rooms are clean. Swimming pools looks dirty but it was scheduled for a clean the following day. Pool Towels are provided.

I tried to set the aircon warmer but couldn't, so we just had it turned off. The blanket was sufficient to keep us warm. It was really cold at the restaurant.

Hotel is quiet, facilities are very good, room was big, bed was very comfortable, so clean all time and room service are 24 available, the city view was amazing from 14th floor, breakfast was good with a lot of different varieties to choose, the staff was so helpful. Totally a good value to the money you pay. Highly recommended if you’re at Kuching.

the staff sometimes are laughing together and speak different language together while you’re talking with them so you got confused if they are laughing on you or what except that everything was good
