The Room was clean, comfy, room facing city view, staff friendly. Reasonable price. The hotel is right next to City One Megamall. Very convenient. Don't worry about stomach, walking to the mall, you'll get something to eat,

The only thing is, when we plan to go out for dinner, its super heavy rain. I request from receptionist to borrow the umbrella, (i saw there's bunch of umbrella near the entrance). However the one of the receptionist pretty lady not allowed, no matter how i convince her, she say no with politely but stone heart, so sad 😂. She got explain but i can't really heard what she said, then after i run to the car and vrooom to the dining location.

Everything was great, the staff is helpful and friendly. The hotel room also very clean (maybe can occasionally clean the photo frame too🤭) and comfortable, I stay for 4 days and they clean the room everyday. The security is great as only the guest can assess. Also, the check in and check out process is fast and easy.

I on the water heater and it's hot for too long, it was really hot that I think I can boiled an egg inside the sink😅 But that's not really a problem, I'm happy staying here anyway.

Room is clean and staffs are friendly. Car park available below the hotel which is very good and easy for me.

The shower is not working on the first room, only hot water regardless of which side you turn the tap. Went back to lobby and the staffs reassign me another room with proper shower tap.

prebooked with credit card guarantee. There was an error in the credit card but error was corrected and confirmed. however, the staff handling the check in seems not to get the updated info and hence have to still present my card for payment risk having double charged.

Staff proactive helping us whenever we wanted to park our car. We spent more time sightseeing Kuching town, thus the room solely meant for sleep where we spent 5-6 hours only. Room fits nicely for 2 adults.

Great location. Besides CityOne Megamall. Also have private parking space and also very easy for booking Grab. The staff were nice and helpful. The room is very nice and clean.

I think the channel TV are having problems during my stay. But shouldn't bothering me much cause I don't watch TV. But yeah hope can do something abt the LiveTV channel.

Location, cleanliness, comfortable bed and pillows, staffs are friendly and polite.

TV channels are limited, mostly chinese language.
