The room was superb. The comfort, the facilities and the cleanliness was amazing. It was worth the stay and for the money paid.

Can be improved. 1. It was supposed to be a large double bed when i booked. But the room i got was two single beds put together. Shouldnt it follow the selection made upon booking? 2. The water outlet (below) in the shower was stagnant. After showered, there's like a pool of water probably about 1 1/2nches high. But it subsides after a while. 3. The non stick pan needs to be replaced. Worn out. 4. Some of the bowls, plates and mugs were not in pairs. I booked for 2 pax. At least a pair of these would have been great.

The rooms are exactly as pictured on the website. However, what surprised me was the 'hallway' to the rooms. A long walkway through a little jungle. It matches very much with the reason people stay there (for the monkeys and/or sunbears). The hotel staff is very friendly. Checkin was super easy (and fast), the restaurant is nice with decent prices. And with 5-10 minutes walking you are at the monkey sightseeing! Excellent location!

The walls/door of the rooms are not soundproof at all. You can hear everything from all rooms.

In general, the mini apartment is good. Lots of storage and power points. Very quiet and comfy. The facilities provided are almost complete e.g. kitchenette - microwave, fridge, induction hob, cutleries, etc. We didn't try the breakfast. There's no buffet available during our trip.

I requested housekeeping but they didn't make up the room. They only changed the towels. Also, they need to improve on their inspection and maintenance e.g. the ventilation fan in bathroom 2 was not working.

Through Booking.com Citadines portray Breakfast starts 6am-need to pay separately. But when arrived, Reception Said Food to deliver to Room at 7am-Inclusive of Room Charges. Informed Reception to inform their staff to just knock door & leave food near door. After few minutes, I went outside, my food disappeared. Tq

No nearby convenient Food Outlet. Need to walk or use Grab. Nearby only big convenient store & western stall that specializes Beverages & Desserts

I don't like how the staff serve me..... they said to me last check out is 3pm... the next day I come 230pm... they blame me because I check out too late.... I told them it was mention by them to check out before 3pm but they just ignoring me... the day I was check in also got customer complain, angry and shouting because of the bad service.... to be honest the room is super good but the staff is very bad... i will let my know about this hotel and i will not come to here again... thankyou

Citadines provided really excellent customer service and were very responsive prior to our arrival. We did not really know what to expect but found that our room was a two bedroom, two bath suite! Due to COVID and Ramadan, staffing was limited so the hotel provided a very good boxed breakfast instead of a buffet but they did a fantastic job with that. The pool and gym were really good too. Still, the location (across from the massive Spring Mall) was good for many things though we elected to take Grab cars downtown.

The location was a bit far from the waterfront area but I do not fault the hotel for that. We knew that when we booked. However, we booked before more options opened up following the relaxation of COVID measures.

It was very clean, functional and spacious. The chamber maids did their work well, and they were prompt and polite.

The shower area was not separated from the rest of the bathroom, which made the whole floor wet after a shower. The hairdryer and the Philips kettle had broken parts. The ST3 mall wasn't a real mall.

The room are clean and great. Our room are upgraded to 2-bedrooms apartment. Equipments in the room are complete ie microwave, stove. There is Coway water dispenser on the hallway. Very convenient.

Supposedly check in time is at 3pm. However our rooms are not ready until 5pm. Too many guests I guess.

The staff were attentive . WE were happy with the room upgrade. The rooms were cleaned everyday.

The breakfast place only opened when we were checking out as it was under renovation.We were not served breakfast on our first full day there.

if only the entry & exit of the basement parking and hotel’s lobby is clearly stated/mentioned to avoid confusion. i ended up entering to the shopping complex level which the tenants have no idea of the hotel’s existence.
