For the price paid, 10/10. Great, central location. The hotel is located about 1 minute walk from the main ferry terminal, is in the centre of town, and surrounded by restaurants and shops. Maxim taxis are plentiful here if you want to visit other parts of the island. Labuan jetty is next to the ferry terminal if you want to visit the nearby islands or water villages. The hotel is clean and the room spacious. Wifi is good and the air con effective. I had a standard double (no window but mostly very quiet). The bed was very comfortable. There is a water dispenser on the first floor so no need to buy bottled water. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The staff were very friendly and professional. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient.

Wonderful option in the center of Labuan. 2 minutes to the ferry terminal, 10 to the bus station, 30-40 minutes walk from the airport. No need for taxis. Friendly management. Spotlessly clean in every detail. Quiet night and day. Food and shopping all around. Pleasant shared kitchen behind the reception with fridge, microwave, cookies, hot water, coffee/tea. Water dispenser on the landing so no need for wasteful plastic bottles. Clear information about ferry timetable. Fast wifi.

No lift. Not a problem for me but it could be for others.

one of the housekeeping staff behaved inappropriately when (badmood) I asked to clean the room in advance. I'm disappointed because I paid for the service there but she didn't seem sincere to clean my room. Shouldn't that be her job? no need to be angry.

Super kind, friendly and helpful customer service. I mistakenly booked my stay in March but actually I want it in Feb. The receptionist patiently guided me and taught me how to change the date. Once the system sent my request to him, he immediately approved it as I just landed from a tiring flight ✈️.

Great place for short stay. Location is perfect, few steps to ferry terminal, restaurants, shops... Lady at reception was very helpful, she gave me early check-in and assisted me to get ferry tickets. Great service! There is also roof-top terrace, nice place to hang out.

No warm water from the shower. And yes, I put the heater switch on...

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.

Warm and friendly environment. I was lucky that all the staffs greeted me with mannerism and kindness.

I havr nothing that I dont like. But perhaps you can add iron for each room instead of just going to the receptiom counter and grab one. Just my honest opinion.

Good room and the staff are really accommodating, great location to walk to all sights around (gardens, beach, bars) Has a water fountain on 2nd floor. We upgraded to a window room but it's not needed.

Location is very near to Labuan Ferry Terminal and there are a lot of free duty shops nearby. There are a lot of place to eat nearby as well. Staff is very friendly and always ready to assist. Very recommended.

Sitting area for read the reading material that had been provided and i like that the owner share their journey history to their customer, its so romantic and sentimental in the same time but it is beautiful.
