Very friendly and courteous staff who were always happy in their work. The barman was one of the best and nicest men I've met in over 60 years of travelling. The grounds and public areas are immaculately kept. The courtesy bus to the airport and town is a bonus. The meals are well cooked and served and breakfast has something for everyone.

Observation: When the customer orders a starter & main course, please don't serve them together.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. Rooms were kept tidy and clean. Registration and checking out was fast. Food was great, not over the top prices. The pool was well maintained. Overall, our stay was deserved.

The water condition was a bit below par. The location wasn't really on the beach. Needed to walk pass a road. Which means i couldn't let my children go alone.

The room is spacious and the view from our room is nice. The ambience at night is calming as well..

The stairs leading up to our room were full of lizards' poop. The telephone in our room was not working so we had to go down to the receptionist if we wanted to request something. We told the receptionist about it but nothing was done.

The two bedroom suite is spacious and comfortable for family.. Friendly and efficient staff- front desk, housekeeping and restaurant.

Nothing bad. Some upgrades needed for a fresher look, understandably that it's work in progress as the pandemic affected business in recent years.

Loved the pool, the location, and the rooms. Just across the road from the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Waiting over 1 hour for our grandchildrens meal of nachos. Most meals seemed to take a while to be prepared, possibly understaffed in the kitchen?Breakfast choices were a little limited.

All the staff including supervisor, manager went extra miles for us. We received a warm welcome. Called to order room service but the restaurant was busy. They contacted me tru WhatsApp & I ordered food straight from WhatsApp which is really great, saved my time. Love the food especially nasi goreng kampung & hainanese chicken rice. Big bed, spacious suite. Comfortable. Love the bathtub. Enjoyed sitting at the balcony with Sew view at the evening. Thank you for the early check in. We came straight from the aiport, the check in was super fast. Kudos to the staff at reception area. Check out was also easy less than 3mins I guess. They made us feel welcome & make everything easy for us. We will definitely come & stay here again.

I love the way the staff handled our complaints. Requested to change the room as it was very dusty and I am allergic to it. The receptionist immediately came up to take a look and asked if we are comfortable with the next room. He was there assisting the housekeeping team to clean the room as per how we have requested. Amazed with the staff.

Most of the room facilities are damaged.

The decoration for our anniversary is superb. My wife loved it.

need maintenance on the flooring and the unit. The channels on the tv also need improvement. The furniture inside also need to change to a new one.

The Villas were very nice. Looking into the sea from the balcony. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Some practical things like clothes hooks in bathrooms would have been nice.
