The room is big like a studio apmt. Bed is comfortable. Basic amenties such as shower gel, shampoo and bath towels are procided. TV. (with Nextflix only), coffee/tea making service . Hotel is walking distance to eateries and near to SS2. The on-premise cafe, Sunyay, serves excellent coffee, pastries and desserts. And Healthland massage is also on premise on the 7th floor. Their Thai masseuse are well trained.

Wish they provide a floor rug in the bathroom so as to keep the floor dry. No proper clothes hangers, although there are rod like hangers that stick out from the wall. The walls around the bathroom face heavy condensation. Although communication prior to arrival is responsive via WhatsApp and clear instructions are given, the self check-in process lacks a human face and personal touch, at least for me.

Easy self check-in system with dual security control access card. Room is clean with bright lighting. Convenient parking which need to pay with fee. The location easy to find food and have convenient stores around.

The rain shower water flow is very very small, please improve on this. It would be best if you could provide shower cap otherwise guest hair get wet.

The room is clean & tidy. Definitely have to try the shower in the bathroom. The water flow very super smooth and look like having a massage when water drop down to your head & shoulder.

The battery of TV remote control is low. The Wi-Fi Internet connection for the TV is not working during my stay. Please be aware the hotel do not provide toiletry kit such as toothbrush and toothpaste. Don't forget to bring your own while staying.

Location was easy to access, next to a busy road, neighboring many good eating places. The space was very clean from the shower to the bed and the floor, and the room had a good vibe.

The hair dryer provided could be better, batteries for the air conditioning remote was low and couldn't use it on the first night. Got it replaced the next day only.

Every thing was new and clean! The staff was friendly and helpful with prompt replies! Room was really value for money for the standard!

There were loud construction noises as early as 8am on a Sunday. Hopefully this won’t be a problem in the future as I suspect the hotel is making some last minute renovations. There’s only one pillow per bed too

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Check in process was very simple and smooth too. The room was so clean. And amenities provided are up to expectations. Toothbrush and toothpaste provided, unlike another stay at the other hotel which was priced similarly.

The parking. If you go for the cashless parking, you're gonna pay a lot for overnight. Probably have to confirm with Ukiyo Hotel about how to access their own parking

Brand new. Clean and the staff were very accommodative and helpful. They changed rooms because the shower pressure wasn’t good in my room and did everything to make me feel comfy.

It’s a bit far from KLCC and no BF or food served in hotel. So have to go out.

Firstly the location is very strategic, especially cause my meetings were centred around PJ and Damansara. The check-in process was easy, sheets and toilet were clean, which was a big yes for me. I'm able to tell that the place is newly refurbished. Highly recommended and value for money.

The floor in bathroom is same height with the floor of the room… So the water will flow out from bathroom to the room when you’re showering… And do prepare to pay for parking charges.
