Spacious apartments. Good location. Beachfront block has a nice seaview. Daily cleaning, replenishment of water, tea and coffee. Supermarkets (Speedmart and 7-eleven) are in 10 minutes walk, but you have to walk along the road with cars.

Initially the apartment was really dirty although we had to wait until 15 p.m. to get inside our apartment. There were hairs, nails and dust. There was even a dirty plate in the fridge. It looked like they just changed beds and towels. After telling the receptionist they cleaned the room, but we had to wait one more hour. There is NO kitchenware even if you book an apartment with a kitchen (!). They want extra money for kitchenware. By the way, the dishes were plastic and the pan was totally broken, so we were even unable to use it. The carpet inside the apartment was outdated, not like in the photo. Carpets inside lifts are wet and dirty, smell horribly. I suppose they should change them everyday.

Great location, nice beach access, scenic grounds. Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with view (with space to add more beds). Good to have both fans and air conds. Nice bathroom, good water pressure and nice soap. In room wifi was adequate. Some kitchen amenities provided (mugs, spoons, forks, plates, bowls, hot water kettle, coffee/tea/sugar, bottled water, dishwashing soap and sponge, broom).

Provided stove but not the pots and pans to cook with. No microwave. Fridge was not working. Should provide front door mat to dust off feet before entering. Air cond in 2nd room was not working well. Water in shower area sometimes clogged. No ventilation fan in bathrooms to dry off. Limited English channels on TV.

Could have been a bit cleaner. Pool needs to be shut down, it's dirty.

unit is huge. (we almost always book 3 bedroom apartment as I have a big family). next to the beach with plenty of watersport operators, some hawkers selling food, beachwear, etc. breakfast is decent. I have issues with one of the aircond. called the reception and maintenance guy came less than 5 mins. they had to come total of 3 times and aircond still very warm, but I appreciate their effort and swift action.

The apartment is quite spacious, quite big and can fit entire family. Just need to bring your own comforter to sleep at living room. The room itself also quite spacious, quite big and comfortable. There are also kitchen area and dining area, so I can buy some foods outside and bring back to eat in the hotel. The facilities also quite good, got parking in the hotel area and swimming pool, and there are also access to the beach.

The parking space. During peak time, it is quite hard to find a parking spot. Even the area outside of the hotel are quite pack with vehicles because there is a limited parking spot. That is all, the others are quite good.

The proximity to the beach, the convenience of getting food. The care of slippery floor by putting carpets till the elevator area. The spaciousness of the apartment unit.

The apartment was spacious, beyond our expectations. The wifi connection was strong, even in the bedrooms. The smart TV was an added bonus although the channels provided were pretty basic. Luckily we could connect to Netflix and YouTube using our own accounts so managed to see some good movies.

The window ledges around the apartment were full of bird droppings thus marring the excellent view outside. Unlike other hotel rooms/ apartments, the windows here have just one blackout curtain without an outer sheer layer, making it difficult for us to draw open the curtains as the balcony & windows overlook directly onto the next block, thus compromising on privacy (especially for Muslim ladies with hijab).

convenience as it is a walking distance to a beach and pool. strategic location because easier to find nearby conveniences store such as seven-eleven. walking distance to nearby stalls.

breakfast buffet quite pricey and theres not many choices to select the food. only local cuisine such as nasi lemak and kueh tiaw. i was hoping for varieties of food such as bread pudding, american breakfast example sausages, nuggets.

1. Tidy, clean and nice interior design for the apartment..spacious, comfortable for big family to gather. 2. Price are reasonable. 3. Near to the beach. 4. Easy access to food n beverages that located along the beach.

1. Parking lot are limited. 2. Please install sound proof wall at Karaoke Room because the noise really disturbed our sleep especially during midnight. 3. The dish taste great during Breakfast Buffet but please consider to add more main dish with the price offered. 4. It’s time to add game machine at the Archade that works well. Additional games are recommended. 5. If possible to enlarge the swimming pool because it’s really unpleasant to be in the pool with congested people inside it. 6. If possible to allow customer check in at 2pm or earlier rather than 3pm.
