The room is so big, breakfast got so many food, my fav is their apple pie!

You need to wear swimming suit for their swimming pool 😐

The main building where the rooms are located is comparable to a city hotel, however the rest of the buildings by the pool/restaurant have beautiful views and a sort of colonial feeling with high ceilings and nice set up. It is nice to hang by the pool at sunset. Room was clean and spacious. Restaurant buffet was alright.

The hotel is a bit far out. No eateries, shops or life around. You need to have a car or take a grab to go out which could be an inconvenience for some. The beach is a little walk away but not that great.

The front desk officer & the bell boy are were very friendly. We were upgraded to Sea View room upon arrival. Even though it is an old room, but it’s very clean. Breakfast was good, no flies whatsoever.

I told the security guard if he could reserve a parking spot for me as I went out for dinner. The guard said he’s not able to do that. However, I can see some of the folks reserve a carpark.

Staff hospitality is outstanding. I was having difficulties during my stay and they are willing to help me at their best. Spacious room. Full size mirror window as wall. Buffet spread is ok.

Found stain on the toilet, need to be more careful with cleanliness. When the tables are full, guest will need to handle the situation with the crows at the table area outside who will try to steal their breakfast. (I hate it when there's a group of guests during breakfast, they usually don't have common sense. ) Pool water and area can be improved.

The room was spacious and clean The view was so calm,not noisy, the wind was blowing smoothly The breakfast was just great ..nothing extra ordinary..

I wonder if the management can secure a special/ separate lift for those who went for swimming, so that the lift does not get wet....it can become abit messy if there are drops of water in the lift.

Nice place, I have requested some special deco in the room which the Housekeeping staff made it perfectly. I couldn't manage to get the HK staff name one Indian guy I stayed in room 2803 he really helpfull.

Swimming pool water looks dark green color, quite scary.

The scenary was awesome. The facilities also not bad and easy access to the nearby beach. The poolside was fascinating. Much better if there is a night activity like games, fishing spot.

The breakfast was not so impressed as the food served not up to the standard. Some foods are tasteless. The additional charges for the breakfast per pax also is too expensive compared to the quality of foods.

Excellent and generous malaysian breakfast. Everything was well displayed and served. Even the half boiled egg was ready for collection, lots of them. The chicken rendang went well with the marvellous nasi lemak. The fried kue teow was beyond expectation. All with a big WOW.

My TV did not work. I did not inform them. I believe they will attend to it if I were to call them.

Room is very comfort. Breakfast is superb. First time we had breakfast Nasi Lemak with Kangkung. No other hotel ever serve it. View is also superb. My wife amazed with the ocean view from our room

Facilities need to be improved. Our AC not functions once we check in. Technician came but only resolve the issues on the ON the AC. But we still cannot use the remote to control the temperature. No walkways straight to swimming pool. We have to go through main lobby to reach pool.
