Staff were all very friendly and willing to help.

At 5:30pm, that is 2 hours past check-in, room was not ready. Upon entering, 1 toilet was now washed, there were urine splatters on the toilet bowl & the toilet floor.

Love the peaceful ambience of this resort. The petting zoo was the children's favourite. We used the karaoke facilities and it was great! The adult's pool was also a hot favourite in this trip. Love how responsive the staff are when we request for help. Eventhough we had to change rooms the first night because the aircon was mot cold enough, but the staff attended to the problems quickly and smoothly.

Front office staff need to be more efficient. Our check in was delayed for 2 hours and they almost forgotten about us. Many others who came later than us manage to get a room but we were kept waiting. Had to enquire multiple times about our rooms but was told to wait. Finally after approaching a concierge staff,we finally got our rooms. The lobby could do with stronger fans. As the weather can be quite hot and humid in PD, it was quite uncomfortable to wait for our rooms to be ready at the lobby. Especially when your check in is delayed. Breakfast was so so. The breakfast place was a bit squeezy.

Beautiful scenery and resort, rustic looking and surrounded by greenery. Easy access of beach from private area. Room was spacious and had a day bed for children to relax, etc. The receptionist and housekeeping were very friendly and helpful and tried to help to the best of their ability.

The garden chalet did not have access to wifi at all, and mobile connection to 3G or 4G was very poor as well. Smart TV provided but without wifi, it was basically unused. Hotel furnishings quite old and needs updating. Sheets had stains, etc. Hotel badly needs updating, there were no extra electric plug in the room. There were only 3 working electric plugs in the room and 2 were used for lamps, 1 for the kettle. We had to switch off the lamps every time we want to charge the phone / tablets, etc.

The room is spacious. The bed and the daybed are very comfortable. Love the bathroom... very unique and big. Since we stayed at the premier water chalet, we had a great view of the sea. The food at the coffee house were good and tasty. I like the breakfast spread. Avi spa is another plus point for me. I would come back just to have a massage. The therapists were very professional, polite and friendly. The spoke very well both in English and Malay. Hafidz at the Avillon tower was very helpful and courteous. He helped to take pictures of the guests without any hesitation. the variety of snacks offered were also great!

The only thing that bothers me was that some people were allowed to swim at the adult pool in their t-shirts and pants without showering first. Those in-charged must enforce the rules that only the swimming attire as indicated on the sign board are allowed to be worn before they can swim in the pool.

The staff were very attentive and overall the property was reasonably well looked after. Food during breakfast was nice and tasty. The young chef at the egg station during breakfast was highly skilled churning out beautiful omelettes despite the long queue. Room service was prompt and polite.

The was a cockcroach in my room but it ran out the other door. The toilet flush was not working properly and the noise from the beach was a bit much. Would ensure that I make arrangements to stay nearer to the AVI Lounge next time.

Breakfast - Varieties of choices breakfasts. View from the room - was serene and lively. We enjoyed hanging out at the balcony watching the sea's high tides at midnight. Room size - was big enough and worthy for the price paid.

1. Water heater for the bathtub could only be hot for few minutes and after 10 minutes, the water was coming out warm. 2. The internet connection in the room was quite poor that we couldn't utilize it during our stay at all. Couldn't connect to the TV and watch Netflix. 3. Please consider to repair the phone in the room as we couldn't call out for any assistance.

My 2nd trip is still as good as the previous trip. The room, facilities, and restaurant are great. The spa has a good masseur with a great view. The staff are friendly and helpful. The beds and pillows are comfy. Swimming pools and beaches are so convenient. My kid loves it. Breakfast is so tasty especially nasi leak sambal.

There are a few things that they can improve:- The shower area can be cleaner Changing the flooring material Solving the showroom power issue Replace torn blanket/bedsheet

the amazing view and the facilities are wonderful

Aircond is unable to swing, it was all the way down so it's quite hot, called customer service and they just came in and said it was broken and help us to adjust the direction. water heater was also not as good, cold water came out even if we turned all away for hot so we just soaked a cold bath 🥶 Hygiene is just okay, as it's quite dirty since there's alot of mosquitoes

I like the beach, swimming pools, environment and it's location

I stayed in a 2-Bedroom Water Villa, the sliding doors facing to sea is broken, hard to slide it and actually it couldn't be locked fully, as i still can slide the doors after closing it. In the bathroom, can see the wall painting closes to to floor is going to tear off. On the balcony, there was too much bird's stool
