1. Channel at the television is quite disappointed. Just 1 to 2 channel available. 2. The staff need to be more friendly. 3. The corridor need to do improvement on cleanliness. 4. Wifi is not able to connect. 5. Need to do space for the check in customer to parking..as the parking space is too crowded & limited.

Quiet location with earteries within the same complex. Room is clean with standard facilites.

The cloth hanging rack should be relocated to another location from its present location that was above the countertop that housed the kettle

Location of the hotel near to food stall and eatery places. Price of the room is worth the location and facilities provided for a short stay Parking is easy to get. Not sure if we can park at the paid parking.

Bathroom - water too slow to disperse through the main piping hole. The bathroom area was flooded after bath. Need to look into the piping and size of the main hole. Hot cold indicator on pipe is a bit confusing. There is no cupboard provided - believe room is meant for 1 night stay or those who just need the room for bath and sleep.

A very convenient place with lots of restaurants around.

No filtered water for refilling. Room air-conditioning too noisy.

I arrived late in the evening for a one night stay. For me the room and facilities are good enough for a solo (couple)traveller/businessman. Suprisingly the amenities in the bathroom is sufficently provided like most 5 star hotel. Room size a bit compact.

The aircon blower is a bit noisy and can't be controlled. The other problem is the parking where you have to compete for the space.

strategic location, ease of commute anywhere within sibu city. relatively new hotel so everything is still fresh and comfy. Situated within a newly developed building hence stores and shops within walking distance may increase in the future.

The water pressure is very low. Aircon also very hard to adjust because its doesn't have remotes. The size is great for 2 person.

Love the new, clean and modern looking location. My dad always stayed at some old looking inn whenever we came to visit our relatives, but this time after few round, manage to convinced him to stay here, turned out he like it very much! comfy bed and clean! It would be a quiet place but Christmas season turned it into photoshooting for the young and old! causing abit jammed when we reached hotel for that few nights.

No place for breakfast unless we drive out to medan mall... this will depend on the future tenants and development of the places, nothing to do with Otel. Or perhaps Otel bosses can buy one slot for dimsum breakfast & lunch? lol why not! Thanks
