Warm greeting from the staff and a nice environment for me which far from city. Easy to buy things and have a drink since it near to the shops and even shopping mall, just need walk for few steps. The room's hygiene was clean and facilities are new since it was new hotel.

Car parking space should add more around the hotel so it could be more safe for people who are self-driving.

Very clean, spacious, everything is individually packed and brand new, value for its price. Even the bathroom amenities are arranged in a triangle shape. Love the attention to details! Hot water is very hot. I love it! Location very strategic to food and shopping area.

Not very professional staff attitude - one played games on the phone and the one serving me was very unfriendly, did not say much, not even thank you.

From booking through booking.com, calling for confirmation to the hotel, check in, room itself, the location, all are awesome.. initially booked for 2 nights, then need to extend another night due to work purposes. So total 4 days 3 nights there.. same room, the staff was so helpful.

The shower floor in room 212.. I think the hotel needs to fix the floor 😅 the drainage wasn't clogged, but the water need to be wipe to it. Oh dear. I don't know how to describe it. 😅😅😅 Other, no wardrobe to put clothes.

The facilities provided are great.Spacious room for a twin bed. The receptionist staff & housekeeping staff were very accommodating. A small cabinet to hang clothes would definitely be great especially those who plan to stay for a longer period.

During our stay, we noticed the housekeeping staff dragging baskets loaded with towels & bedsheets. Dear management, please consider buying trolleys for the housekeeping staff. In the long haul, it'll be beneficial for your staff welfare and safety at work. More efficient for them to load & unload, without dragging across the hallway. Thank you.

The location next to Star Mega Mall and surrounding areas. The rooms were clean and facilities were up to date. Shower pressure and temperature was superb. The bed was very comfortable and amenities were appropriate.

We booked for double and triple rooms but were only given 1 room key. For additional key, we had to pay extra RM3. This is not right as we booked for doubles and triple, and we all had different itinerary so 1 key does not work. Please look into allocating keys for the number of persons booked. Other than this, everything was great. We will be back. Thank you.

The strategic location, next to a mall and lots of eateries and shops ar walking distance. There's also a nice restaurant serving local and western fare called 'de chef' on the ground floor, on the same building next to hotel. Clean room and beds comfortable.

Car park was difficult to secure, especially if you came back to the hotel late at night. The hallway/corridor outside rooms were not carpeted/sound proof. I was woken to sounds of children running and screaming in the hallway. I suggest to be more environmentally conscious. There were too much plastic packaging used for toiletries and amenities (papercups, plastic spoons, sanitary bag were packed in plastic). I understand it is easier for housekeeping to clear up, but i dont agree on too much plastic wrapping.

ALL THE ABOVEMENTIONED DID NOT TAKE PHOTOS... SHOULD BE ABLE TO LIAISE WITH THOSE GUESTS WHO CHECKED IN THAT PARTICULAR NIGHT

This is one of the best hotel you can get at this price rate in Sibu. Mine was RM130 for a single and queen. (4 of us, me, my waifu and 2 kids) It is very close to Star Megamall, the busiest mall in Sibu. Enough parking space. The room is very clean. Everything is packed in the room for extra hygiene. TV channel is suffice. Internet is good as they have individual modem in each room. (I think) Best place to crush if you are staying for a night to continue your long journey! (Mine was from Bintulu - Sibu - Kuching)

The only thing I can complain is I am just staying there for one night, should have booked at least 2 nights. LOL. That's my problem. Staff could be more friendly as I anticipate too much, should have lower my expectations on that.

everything is clean, neat, and comfortable. location wise is good too. room is spacious all the facilities are in good condition

the staff service is bad. I accidentally locked my hotel key card inside the room & I asked for the receptionist to kindly help me open my room door just to get my room card. the staff was rude to answer saying that I needed to wait (it was a super long wait, where there is no other guests to entertain or even many workload yet she didn’t attend to my needs). she also insists that a surcharge is needed just to open my room door with another key card.

We liked the location, very central. To make things more convenient there was a Star Hill Mall just walking distance away. In it, there is a Food Court with a variety of food to choose from. We had most of our meals there.
