As a budget hotel, it's meet our expectation. The family room is big, comfortable for 4 of us. We like the water pressure, we enjoy our stays here.

The only drawback were the pillows too soft & the mattress was not really a mattress but a thin comforter without cover. But considering a budget hotel, cannot complaints much. You're doing good, hope will be better in times to come...

Have friendly staff, room and toilet is clean. It is comfortable and convenient for elderly since they got lif. I always stay here when I go back to Kedah

The mattress is a bit hard and i think it is time to change. Also the pillow is too thin. Suggest to have a better mattress and pillow, it will be superb.

Location is good, the room and surroundings were clean.

i just book last minute since i need a place just to sleep before i went for a long drive. luckily the receptionist greet us well even it's already late at night. i like the size of room, fit for two person. even I stay for only few hours, the comfy bed got me deeply sleep. i like the fact that the shower got heater and provided with towel. there are also a vending machine in front of the hotel, so i managed to buy some snacks and drinks since i check in the middle of the night.

i don't know how to turn off the tv, it distract my sleep.

It is very strategic, located in the heart of Sungai Petani. Easy access to almost everywhere in the town. Easy to find the hotel to upon arriving. Great staff assistant, although there's a glitch because I booked 2 rooms for them but solvable anyways.

No soundproofing. You can hear anyone speaking or make love at the room next door.

The security is a bit lacking. There are other guests who made noise from midnight until 6am, playing loud music, banging on the door and wall. It was a scary experience eventhough we were in a group

Very clean, fresh towels, convenience location, ample room spaces, toiletries including toothbrush provided.

The best newest budget hotel in Sungai Petani. Easy to find, locate just nearby the town center. The staff really polite & helpful. The room really nice to stay. The hotel have an apps of itself after make booking, so easy to contact and request any inquiry for the stay.

Foremost price was good. Hotel is new. Room Lightings are well thought. Bed was comfortable. Will consider to stay again if price remain competitive.

First room assigned had alot of ants on the floor upon check in. Anyhow staff very obliged to change new room which was good condition. Anyway there appear to be insect wings here and there. Did not affect stay,
