The room is big, the location has easy access to everywhere

1. Too noisy. I can hear people talking quite loudly, and opening their door. 2. The lock was too simple, it used a key and the inside lock inside my room is faulty. I always get jumpy whenever I hear someone opening the door to the other room. 3. No water heater (to drink) inside the room. They provide flask but have to go get hot water all the way in front of the lobby, it's quite a walk and it's quite inconvenient. It'd be better if it was in the middle of the hallway instead...

Room that I stayed have include portable hair dryer, Milo & Aik Cheong coffee 3 in 1 mini packets and F&N mineral bottles. Coway provided outside of the room. For middle range price hotel like this with great amenities, I really recommended to family with 4 people (adults), the room itself quite large so you can bring your own mattress for kids, and the room is very clean.

Please provide main plug for single bed at the window side.

I like that the property is located at the corner end of the shop lot area, where it has ample parking space. the room is clean, bathroom no doubt is small but clean. The receptionist is friendly. KFC and other eatery shops are just at walking distance. The hotel's location is across the road, opposite of SP Plaza

the walls in the hotel is very thin as we could hear people talking and making noise in the middle of the night, rather disrupting our sleep

Very nice people at the reception, ample parking space which is very important. The water dispenser is there to refill hot or cold water anytime you want which is great. It's actually a nice place with convenience, near restaurant and KFC as well.

The sound proof is bad, people using bathroom or doing things in their room can be heard and rather annoying when the next door customer is noisy!! Early morning the talks at the lobby voices can be heard as well which is quite irritating. Bathroom doesn't have ventilator so there's not enough ventilation if you close the bathroom door.

The hotel is centrally located in Sungai Petani which is super convenient. The room is clean, bed is comfortable and the price is super affordable. The room is bigger than most. Totally had a good rest as I was on a working trip. Definitely will stay again.

Hotel located in center of Sungai Petani. No breakfast provided but its ok because variety of food nearby easy to be found such as Medan Selera, KFC and Mamak Restaurant. Hotel also near to KTM Sungai Petani. Clean, tidy Bedroom with wide parking area. If you want to book hotel with small budget, this is one of it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Iron was not provided in the room but they have a shared iron station. The bathroom was clean. Room was spacious and comfortable. Easy access to food. There were many drive thru and food panda delivery to your room. Overall a pleasant experience.

Good location and many eating places just nearby. My car can just park & relax at the parking that night😁 while we hunt for our dinner.

My room have no window (family room) but it is still acceptable as there's lobby with sofas at each floors for giests to relax and take a sight of the traffic next to the hotel.

Food courts..especially roti canai..teh tarik..nasi kandar..kfc & others are excellent..Plaza Shopping complex nearby..cleanliness room..toilet..tip-top..spacious room..Staffs very friendly & polite..recommended for others..will be staying again in future..TQ for ur good service..10/10

Great location, right in the town of Sungai Petani and only a few minutes walk from the train station. Food markets, shops and restaurants nearby, including a cafe with a very cool robot waiter! Staff were super friendly, and there was hot and cold water available in reception.
