Nice guesthouse with a lovely little garden where you can sit and relax. Unlike other hotels in Tanah Rata, it is located away from the busy roads, so it’s peaceful and quiet there. Convenient location- 10 min walk from the bus terminal, close to various cafes. I liked the cardless system - you just use a password for your room. They don’t ask for a cash deposit, unlike many other Malaysian hotels. There is no fridge in the room, but there is a big communal fridge downstairs which guests can use (also a microwave). Some reviews here mentioned bad smell / mold - fortunately, I didn’t experience that. But, it is indeed humid and nothing dries, including the towels which remain wet throughout the night. There is no lift but staff helped me carry my luggage upstairs.

The room gets rather cold in the evenings, don’t forget to take warm clothes with you. I get cold easily, so I slept in my warm clothes. I didn’t like the shower with the thermostat - difficult to control, becomes less hot quickly, shower pressure isn’t great. I tried asking staff about tours in advance via chat, but their responses were very brief and I couldn't plan my holiday based on that, so I ended up buying a tour elsewhere.

What a house, what a garden, what an enclosure on the edge of the village! Prime, calm location. Cosy rooms with balcony, if you booked the smaller room, you can use one of the communal ones facing downhill. There is complimentary toast, tea, coffee, jam, crackers and water in the communal pantry downstairs. Free fridge for your little somethings. You can rent a motorbike without much ado, you even get free transfer to the bus terminal (which is in walking distance). Staff is very friendly and caring.

Location is awesome surrounded with beautiful garden. An excellent place for nature lovers who always seek a place with peaceful environment a bit far from road side traffic noise. The guest house has tons of plants, trees, a beautiful pond with a variety of fish collection and a beautiful artificial small waterfall which creates a stunning sound outside the rooms, while standing over there you'll get a feel of being a part of nature. Many restaurants are nearby on a few meters walking distance. Mr. Narinda (Manager) is an excellent guy always welcome you with a smiling face, very cooperative and very humble person.

There was slightly humidity smell in the room but it could be better by keeping an air freshener in the room.

The location is at Tanah Rata. Pretty convenient to reach the places of attraction. Recommended for those who like quiet environment.Love the garden very much.Room is pretty clean,staff were friendly and helpful. Very near to restaurants and eateries (within walking distance)

The side stairs entrance is a bit dirty. The stair at the room entrance are not marked with caution tape. Me and my kids almost trip a few times since the stair color is similar with the floor.

We had a large, nice room with a terrace. No air conditioning, but a fan (temperatures are not a problem, but the air can be very humid). The staff was really really nice, helping us with everything - tour booking, taxi, etc. We felt very welcome and comfortable there! The guesthouse is situated on the border of Tanah Rata, the center of the Cameron Highlands.

It's a guesthouse, so some things are not perfect - e.g., the water was not always hot, no air conditioning - but this is to be expected and not unusual in Malaysia.

Gorgeous garden and outdoor facilities. Nice to have a kitchen with tea and snacks. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to the night market.

The actual town is awful. They have really destroyed a beautiful, natural place with over construction and general neglect of everything. The city is dirty, grimy, run down and not worth a visit. Hikes are difficult to find and locals are extremely unfriendly and deter tourist activities. It is a real shame considering the quality of the guesthouse!

Location was great. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Ample parking Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The surrounding area are very beautiful with lots of flowers & plants. I love it. Has everything we need. Simple diy breakfast is at the pantry ie. Bread, all type of jam, biscuits, tea, coffee, sugar, toaster, microwave. Will be great if there is Milo and milk 😊. The staff is very helpful and manage to change one of our room to 1st floor from 2nd floor when we requested. The owner is very friendly and generous too. All guests are treated with bbq dinner on Christmas eve 👍.

It will be great if there is hot water at the basin. Water is too cold to brush teeth

Very cozy and beautiful accommodation. We were thrilled with the garden available to guests. We greatly appreciated the change of staying in a house rather than an tower block, for a very pleasant price. The accommodation was strategically located for all activities in Cameron Highlands (Tanah Rata), and the bonus was the beautiful and quiet surroundings.

After months of travelling it was such a breath of fresh air to find this homely gem nestled in the rainforest at the end of a quiet lane. The garden was a serene haven to unwind with your choice of settings to savour your morning cuppa and toast amongst the birdsong. Such a quiet refuge at night just 5 min walk from all the eating places to your comfy bed. We loved it and will be back.

Nice. I get 2 beds. Single bed and double bed. The room was nice, the view was nice. But the sheets smell a little bit. Cleaness of sheet 2.5⭐️ out of 5. But it is acceptable for me. The parking pretty packed but still manageable. They use smart tv and u can watch netflix using their account. They give minerals water which is good. Some hotel provide drinking water.
