I love the spacious room and the comfy bed. Also the jakuzi in the bathroom, works perfectly. The location also strategic. You can have bingsoo just at the ground level, a lot of convenient store, restaurant, shop and even laundry. Its in the middle of a business centre I might say. Overall this place is good and the cost also affordable.

The lift/elevator is tooo small and tooo slow. I think can fit 4 people at a time. Maintenance of the room, I guess the hotel management must audit every room and get all old facilities to be change with new one. Keep the bathroom clean and shiny.

Exceptional Staff!! I booked the wrong dates for my work trip, so I requested the hotel team to kindly approved my request to change my booking dates into the correct dates and they accepted my request right away. Room is also clean, and they will give you extra pillows ready in the closet just in case you want it. They have in room spa services; in case you want to get a massage after a long day of walking/sightseeing/working. Pro tip: Book rooms with window. They don't have white light in the room which is not the best light you want to use when you do your makeup. Overall, I will definitely book here again for my work trip.

The room is clean and spacious. The hotel provides all the necessity for every room, such as hair dryer, iron & ironing board, kettle and safe box. I didn't try the sky cafe.

The toilet setting is inconvenient, it would be unpleasant experience if we have to share the room with other people. The parking space for the guest is limited for 2 cars only. Priority given to people with disabilities. Poor access for disable.

Relative to the other hotels around, I think the price really is great! Hotel is old but well taken care of. Really like the breakfast. Staff is friendly and ready to help.

There is only 1 dedicated car park for hotel guest. Other carpark around will need to pay starting 7am-5pm. The carpark rate was cheap but with so much hassle of preparing several coupon (u need to estimate how long will you be parking).

Staffs are well dressed, polite, helpful. Hotel appearance is nice, great lobby with many seating area, they have lifts here so you wont have to climb stairs with your luggage. There is a dessert shop just next to the hotel, the dessert shop serves delicious variety of ice shaved menu. Rooms are spacious, we have bed, bedside tables, mini table with 2 chairs, a table with wall mirror + 1 chair, etc etc..its more for 2people and 1child. There are 3-4 power outlets to charge your phone without berebut with your spouse/friend. The sink is the most unique one i have ever seen. They provide extra 2 pillows apart form another 2 on your bed. They listed out attraction on the table at Tawau in case you want to go sight seeing. The hotel is really in the middle of the town. You can just walk and go to eateries, 7E, bakery, shops everywhere around the hotel. Its really great. But the 7E like didnt topup their goods, so less choice to buy goods huhu.. Just a walk or two from the hotel is the mee tarik restaurant, the foods are great and really cheap compared to mee tarik at peninsular malaysia

the toilet can improve on the privacy, they only give curtain to secluded you from taking dump and it didnt help if you have very curious toddler walking around freely at your room, there's not even door to protect you from the smell.

No soap that I can use for wash my hands instead I have to walk into the shower room to bring out the soap for wash my hands.

Strategic, good and clean room. Breakfas is good too with variety of choices.

I am a frequent guest. Some of the room without window light condition need a better lighting because it’s gloomy. Maybe need a choices of deem or broght light condition so I can do paper work comfortably.

Breakfast choices was limited, they should serve local delights instead of plain fried rice. local seafood are inexpensive. adding more ingredients in the rice porridge, local ikan bilis is very famous. Fried banana also is inexpensive. should add these items.

Fried noodle or fried rice was tasteless.
