Lovely location right on the beach, and just a short walk to the main shopping area in Pointe du Bout. The grounds are beautiful with all the plants and colourful bungalows. Close to a bus stop to get to nearby coves and also water shuttle to Fort-de-France. The breakfast selection was good, dinner was fine but not outstanding. Staff were friendly and helpful and my room was clean. Didn’t use the pool, but it looked clean.

The hot food was mostly lukewarm, both at breakfast and dinner, even though I generally went just after opening.

The property was beautiful, the food was good considering it was a buffet. Room we had in the culture Creole was amazing. Staff went above and beyond for us. Strongly recommend this Hotel!!! We will be back. Make sure to stay in the Junior suits if you don’t have kids!

Bathroom could be a little more comfortable, but was fine. The shower temperature was very difficult to regulate. We only got 2 towels. It would have been nice for my girlfriend to have another towel for her hair. I asked for more and the staff was super nice and accommodating. The names of the rooms are a little confusing between superior and junior suits. Junior suits are in a separate location from the rest of the hotel. Also the WiFi was incredibly slow, and we had to log into it each time we got back to the room.

- Super cute, clean and comfortable little villa - Lots of exotic plants and vegetation (and animals sounds, which I found lovely, but be aware if you like complete silence at night!) - Friendly staff - Delicious food - Location, right on the beach! - Having a fridge/freezer in the room (in the bathroom actually haha)

- Poor wifi - Getting kick out of our beach chairs at 17:15ish - Breakfast missing variety - Having to wash feet everytime you want to enter the pool area (I mean, this is good to keep the sand away when coming from the beach, but annoying when coming from the hotel section)

EVERYTHING WAS JUST PERFECT. We had a wonderful time at Hotel bamboo.: the room/cottage was very spacious, beds were comfortable and very big, bathroom with shower/toilet/sink and small fridge was also spacious and handy.The room was nicely decorated and very clean.Everthing was cleaned and towels changed daily, housekeeping was great. The tropical garden and surroundings of the cottages are simply gorgeous with hummingbirds,little lizards and bats at night....which was so nice to.observe.You really feel like your in your own private cottage where you can enjoy a nice time on the covered terrace. The beach , restaurant and bar are only a short walk through the garden. Shops and other restaurants and the "centre" of la pointe du bout are all in close walking distance from the hotel. The beach is lovely and just I'm front of the hotel. A nice (beach )bar and 2 restaurants on site. The buffet food is very good as well for breakfast as for dinner with a nice variety and different dishes every day in the evening. Very nice beach views from the restaurant.All the facilities are clean and well taken care of. The bar mixes great drinks and staff is very friendly. Nice lobby with free books to lend. All the staff is super friendly, helpful and welcoming.A nice gesture we're the 2 free welcome drinks upon arrival and free water bottle in the room. If you rent a car the hotel is well situated to visit the rest of Martinique , la pointe du bout is really a nice, little lively area with lots of shopping and dinning facilities....you also have a marina where you can book lots of daytrips and sea excursions.

Not really anything major. The airco in our room wasn't working (but I never really tried nor asked to fix this since I don't use airco in my room). You only have good WiFi coverage in lobby/restaurant and common areas but not in the room....for me this was OK though. Only body and hairwash in the shower and some soap no bodymilk but again that is a veryminor detail.

Spent an incredible stay at Bambou Hotel ! The staff was very nice and friendly. Welcomed with a drink ! The room or bangalow was spacious, clean and comfy. The hotel pool was huge and renovated. The restaurant serves regional carribean food wich was excellent ! I loved to eat my breakfast with this amazing beach view. Very professionnal and high-standing service for an "only" 3 stars resor ! I had my flight at 21h, check-out at 12h but I could stay in the hotel / pool / beach / ... until I had to leave for the airport with my luggage in the luggage room and could take a shower at the reception for free before leaving !) To be honnest, the hotel was well-priced for the quality of the service and the comfortabilty of the rooms. 10/10 withoud saying anything

Amazing stay at Hotel Bamboo, all staff very friendly, perfect location with nice beach and near other beaches for snorkeling with turtles :). Good and various food at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Good location to visit all Martinique island.

Everything from the room with wood, the outside atmosphere with the little wooden houses, alleys, trees, plants and flowers all around. The close access to beach and very friendly staff. Excellent food.

The room they gave us at first wasn’t completely clean. But we complained and they immediately changed us room.

The staff was cordial & pleasant, but should provide guest with more details at check-in…ie, both breakfast AND dinner are included in the room rate. Also, there is switch on top of the bed that must be turned on in order for A/C to work.

Too many gates & fences and, if you do not have your key card with you, you can’t even exit the premises. After a certain time, our key card did not word at the gate from the beach to the property.

Great location with easy access to the Fort de France ferry service, good food and drinks and beautiful scenery. The pool and spa are very nice, and so is the staff!

The room felt a bit dark during the day and the mattress is a tad hard.

Internet did not work in the room. This is a big problem in 2023 when everybody needs internet...
