Such a wide range of things to choose from for breakfast. Almost too spoiled for choice!

Can be a little noisy at night due to traffic.

Still new and very clean & modern. Close to the beach.

No parking at garage. Have to park across the road - not ideal if having heavy luggage. Get lost when following Google Maps - must update address or location

Very nice hotel with and large comfortable room with a balcony. They also have a large swimming pool, which was usually quiet, and the hotel is right across the road from an amazing beach. The buffet breakfast was okay, but they could’ve added a bit more choice of local fruits. Otherwise, it was fine with a selection of cooked eggs and other choices.

Beautifully decorated and comfortable room. Staff mostly friendly (especially the gentleman who came to sort out the toilet that didn't flush properly). Breakfast was nice. I appreciated the sandwich and fruit given to me as I had an early check-out on the last day.

Bathroom issue (toilet didn't flush properly, it took a while to sort out which inconvenienced me as I was getting ready to go out). I was promised that breakfast would be in my room fridge, it wasn't, which meant I had to go down again (two floors) to ask for it.

Its in a prime location and across there is the beach. Also something that i have never found was that after check out we stayed at the beach or by the pool till it was time for the taxi to come for us above that they had a shower where one coukd have a shower before leaving. That was a bonus

Noticed that the room floor was not cleaned often

The staffs welcomed me nicely, the appartement was cleaned and it’s very calm.

The lack of kitchen equipments (I understood that it’s due to previous visitors misused).

The property was modern, clean, boutique, well located and great value for money.

Hard to fault, some may not like there being no lift, but value you for money it’s really hard to beat.

Professional and friendly staff, all requests were met with a professional respons. Right by the beach of Flic en Flac, free parking in front, close to restaurants.

Covid19 has had a major impact on the entire tourism industry worldwide, and in Mauritius. So after no customers for 18 months we understand why some maintenance perhaps was postponed. We were understanding as to this situation and respected the efforts of Sea Villa to correct any shortcomings.

Location and the view

Beds were very uncomfortable, aircon in main bedroom didn’t work, drainage not working, roof leaked when it rained, no pots, pans etc for self catering. Place was dirty.
