The apartment was well equipped for a week stay! I liked that there was a washing machine. The pool was lovely. Daily activities lead by Jean Pierre were a highlight as a solo traveler. He took us on a tour of Port Louis which I highly recommend. He was friendly, knowledgeable and great at his job. He also organized for me to take to bus to Cap Malheureux and Pereybey. The hotel has a shuttle that runs Monte Choisy and Grand Baie beaches as well as Super U. I choose to walk a lot which was also easy enough. There is a super market right across the road which is super handy. La Croisette Mall is about a t’en minute walk. Overall Good value for money

Breakfast was lacking. It was the same things every day. The food was not the greatest and it was always messy. I choose to eat out a few mornings due to lack of choose and poor coffee. Housekeeping- my room was only cleaned twice in the 7 nights I stayed there. Not a huge issue but fresh towels and emptying garage more often would have been nice. The gym. It was basically two treadmills, a few bikes and some ancient weights. However I joined the gym about a ten minute walk from The hotel (Ennoia, which was fab!). There were no toiletries in the room not every body wash. Even the hand soaps were empty. I think just small tweeks with housekeeping could make this an excellent stay.

I would like to thank the staff for their warm hospitality. I would like to thank Lovelesh at reception for an amazing service, he was always keen to assist and it was never a problem. I would also like to thank Yogesh, Ryan, Avinash for their welcoming service in the dinning area and being so accommodating. Shravana head of housekeeping was so professional and very helpful. We loved the wellness center, indoor pool, sauna and steam room. The gardens was so tranquil and it was lovely to have the lunch garden.

It would be nice if the breakfast buffet could change, it was the same breakfast every day and nothing different. On a long term stay it does become monotonous, nothing to look forward to except the pastries. The rooms was very clean on arrival however the housekeeping was problematic during our stay. There should be a supervisor inspecting the rooms to ensure the rooms are being cleaned especially during peak season when the hotel is full. Shravana was very accommodating to resolve any housekeeping issues.

We arrived in Mauritius with a group of 8 and shared 2 apartments between us. It was my mum's 60th birthday and the hotel made this a very special occasion, we were able to celebrate in style. We stayed a total of 5 nights and dont regret staying at this hotel as it exceeded our expectations. The beds were very comfortable, the staff were friendly and really helpful. The facilities were clean and neat. The highlight for us was the heated indoor pool, which we used every day. The hotel has a shuttle service to the beach and CBD, which made seeing Grand Baie easy and economical. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone interested in experiencing Mauritius in luxury at affordable rates.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Mauritius with my two friends, and I must say that it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel was incredibly clean and well-maintained, with sparkling finishes and comfortable amenities. The staff were friendly and attentive, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. One of the things that impressed me the most about this hotel was its value for money. Despite offering top-notch accommodations and excellent service, the rates were very reasonable and definitely worth the cost. We felt that we got a lot of bang for our buck, and we could enjoy all of the amenities and activities that the hotel had to offer without breaking the bank. In addition to the cleanliness and value, we were also impressed by the hotel's location. It was conveniently located near several popular attractions, including beautiful beaches and various restaurants and shops. We could easily explore the island and take in all it had to offer during our stay. Overall, we had an excellent stay at this hotel in Mauritius and would highly recommend it to others. The value for money, sparkling cleanliness and convenient location made it the perfect choice for our vacation. We can't wait to visit again in the future!

It was close to Grand Baie Beach which made it easier for us to catch our catamaran excursion and access the restaurants around the beach. We had a rental car so the drive was short. We had studio apartment which was spacious, comfortable and clean. We didn't spend too much time at the hotel and used it as a base to visit Grand Baie, the Bazzar and Port Louis. The pool looked small. They had a cute garden area that looked like it would be nice to sit and read other than that there isn't much else to do there. They do offer shuttle service but the timing was limited. The breakfast was good and there was a variety of options.

Don't expect much of a view. This is definitely more of a residential type place and located on the inner part of town. You are not going to get the beach vibe within walking distance. We didn't mind since we had a rental and drove out to the beaches. There is a big shopping center and hospital right next to the hotel.

-Hotel is new and everything was well kept -Wonderful facilities (indoor pool, hammam, sauna) which was mostly empty -Room was spacious and had all amenities as stated in the booking. Having a washing machine and dryer really assisted to pack lightly -Free shuttle services to a few places 4x a day. It was great to use for a few days to get a feel of the area. We hired a car thereafter from Hosram Car Rental -Activities and meet and greet cocktails with the guests was a fun added element -Hotel is walking distance to two shopping centres -Pool view room

-Cleaning is very superficial. We stayed 7 days but only properly cleaned once. The rest was light cleaning. No change of bedding at all. Dirt on floor was still there after being "cleaned" -Breakfast buffet, while fairly large, is monotonous. Exact same food everyday. It tasted fine, just got boring after the 6th time. -Hotel should provide some washing powder for automatic machines. It was hard to find a small packet of automatic washing powder. A tip would be to just bring your own from home since they don't provide. -Beach towels were not changed at all but I suppose they expected us to wash it ourselves.

clean, modern/ up to date, good amenities and facilities

The main issue are beds should be softer for a hotel/ accommodation type of this caliber-( a memory foam layer on top of the mattress would be sufficient), and the food at the restaurant really sucks. Other smaller issues such as the poolside bar or courtyard pub should be open later and there should be some form of nighttime entertainment so guests can gather, rather then roaming in areas that other guests may be disturbed. The hot tub should be open later for nighttime relaxation after being out throughout the day. it is a tropical island, people don’t want to sit in a sauna/ spa or hot tub when it is hot out.

This place should be considered as a residence rather than a hotel. However, I can say that it is at least as successful as a 4-star hotel. We stayed for a week in a large room (1+1) with pool view. Each room had a TV, air conditioning and ceiling fan. All furnishings were at least as high quality and new as in luxury hotels. The employees were very helpful and friendly. Our room was cleaned every day. Since we like swimming for a week, we went to the beaches with the car we rented. It was very successful that the hotel manager organized a welcome (feedback) cocktail for all customers. I would like to thank all the hotel staff. The name that sticks in my mind is “Love” because of his help at the reception.

Only the food is a little spicy, but if you choose the A La carte restaurant, you will enjoy it very much.

Relatively new hotel. Indoor pool has a no kids policy which i love. I don't mind children but its nice to have a swim without getting splashed. Lovely sauna and hamam! The rooms are roomy and cute. Nice balconies. From our room you had lovely view of the mountains. The food in the morning is the same, not to impressive but I eat the same every single day so i don't mind. Food in the evening was nice. The garden restaurant was really good! Wish I new sooner that they served dishes that qualified for half board! The staff is amazing! Really. So friendly and service was great! I felt at home thanks to Steven, Leck, Dalen and Alexander!

The cleanliness is weird. One week we got new towels everyday, the other week sometimes everyday sometimes it took 2 days and they forgot to clean the ceiling fans, their up high so I can imagine people not being able to reach.

The apartment was amazing! It was spacious, clean and everything felt brand new! The bathroom is fantastic. We were really impressed with our stay. Even the brekafast buffet was a great standard and exceeded our expectations. This was one of our favourite stays ever. The location was fabulous, such a plus being next to la croisette shopping centre. It must be noted the taxis are extortinate. I wish the shuttle services were better as the hotel apartment do have free shuttles to the beach, it would be better if there was an hourly service. At night it is dangerous walking to la croisette so a shuttle again would be safer, its a 8 minute walk on a busy highway with no pedestrian pavement, only a 1 minute drive. We would love to stay here again. We are very thankful for the shuttle to mon choisy beach. We got ripped off by a taxi on teh first day.

on the final 2 nights we had an awful drainage smell due to the rains, teh staff offered us to move in the middle of the night but we stayed in our room as it was too inconvinient.
