Beds and rooms were fantastic. Sports facilities were great. Beach chairs lovely. Nice selection of restaurants

1) Buffet food not great quality. Deserts were terribly disappointing. (except for one beach restaurant, where the food was noticeably better) 2) Glass boat trip was great, but the coral seems to be a in BAD way. 3) It felt like the hotel was looking for every which way to make more money out of holiday makers.

The hotel is really nice. I booked it in the booking.com and received very good discount. The territory is huge. Despite of this fact you do not feel that there are people. The breakfast and dinner buffets are very good, everybody can find something special and tasty to eat. There are a lot of activities suggested by the hotel: sport and water activities, animal farm, horse riding, yoga etc. Rooms are big and clean. Every room has a terrace or balcony. Pools are big and clean. Almost every evening is life music. Guys in the beach are very fast, helpful and polite. I strongly recommend this hotel.

The prices are quite high. We received another room comparing with the booked one. It was on the first floor and sometimes you feel the smell from the shower and toilet. Some of the staff doesn't react very fast.

Didn’t feel crowded and plenty of activities to keep us all busy, especially the golf, horse-riding and water sports. The room was clean and plenty of selection of food and drinks. We particularly liked the swim up bar with bell! Also the staff were really friendly, especially Sanjeev our buggy driver.

It was a bit of a distance from the airport and main attractions as is situated in the North so required taxis. Also there was a mix up around our rooms on arrival which was a bit stressful but the acting manager sorted it out and offered us an upgrade.

Perfect location, beautiful hotel and grounds with lots of activities on site such as kayaking and wind surfing for free. There is also the giant tortoises which are a real treat. The views are exceptional and the beach is perfect. The suite size is very good and the rooms are very clean. The food is tasty albeit expensive.

The service was quite slow at times and as mentioned, the drinks and food are expensive. The beach towels are a little old/stained and communication with staff could be challenging.

We were upgraded to a Presidential Suite which was out of this world. An amazing, comfortable large suite with sauna, hot tub and office with an exercise bike! The staff were incredibly attentive. It was my husband's birthday and the staff made a huge effort to make it special.

The explanation about the facilities and restaurants could have been more thorough. We happened to notice the sign boards with daily activities and restaurant opening/ closing days, however it would have been helpful to be told this on check in. Booking yoga and spa was confusing, and we were referred to others often.

The location, beach, pool, animal farm, water activities and other sites on offer were great for our family.

The limited food options and the pricing seemed to be very high for what was offered. The room smelt dusty. The fold out bed my daughter was to sleep on in our room was extremely uncomfortable and supportive and in need of an upgrade.
