Duty Manager Akshada who is such a gem. We want to come back as soon as possible just so we get to meet her again! The service, majority of the hotel staff, food is terrific. Indian Chef Negi's cooking is out of this world + he is such a nice human being.

Its rude to talk about clients in Creole in front of them when you think that they don't understand Creole. This happened more than 3 times where hotel staff were talking about us rudely in Creole in front of us. First, the Asian restaurant manager loudly told his staff that "The girl does not eat chicken but eats what comes out of it" in response to my partner being vegetarian that day, second In-Room dining staff on the phone did not want to take our calls and said something mean in Creole which we heard, third the agent who was checking us out at the reception tried to say that we might be lying of our mini bar usage.

We just had the pleasure of staying at the Constance Prince Maurice, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience. It is one of the best hotels we ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service that set the tone for the rest of our stay. The resort itself is a true gem, nestled in a lush tropical setting with stunning views of the Indian Ocean and the lagoon. The attention to detail is evident in every corner, from the beautifully landscaped gardens to the tastefully appointed villa. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional dining experience. The resort boasts a range of restaurants offering a diverse culinary journey. From the exquisite seafood at the Barachois restaurant to the authentic Indian and Asian flavors at the Asian restaurant, each meal was a delight for the senses. The attentive staff and the quality of ingredients used truly elevated the dining experience to another level. The resort also offers a wide array of activities and amenities. Whether it's relaxing by the pool, indulging in a rejuvenating spa treatment, or taking part in water sports, there is something for everyone. The staff was always on hand to assist and provide recommendations. What truly sets the Constance Prince Maurice apart is the exceptional level of service. The staff members were genuinely friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. From the moment we arrived until our departure, we felt like a valued guest, and that personalized touch made all the difference. In conclusion, we cannot recommend the Constance Prince Maurice enough. It deserves 7*. It is a haven of luxury, tranquility, and impeccable service. Some of the staff not up to the standard of the hotel (such as the concierge who told me to look on the app when I asked a question, and when I said I didn’t have my phone, suggested I go back to my room!!!) Food in the main restaurant not as good as the two specialty ones.

Great value for money, beach and pools were great, staff are very nice.. Kiran at the pool and Yaseen at Le Barachois were extremely helpful. a must visit and highly recommended.

breakfast in the room was not as ordered, more than 50% of the order was incorrect. aso breakfast in the hotel did not have several items such as Smoked salmon and it took lot of time to bring any extra items from the kitchen

Amazing hotel. Amazing. Not your typical “resort”… Beautifully designed, calm, clean, and spacious. Well equipped, with excellent tennis courts, spa, pristine beach, and gorgeous pools. Water sports are included and plentiful - wakeboarding and waterskiing were so fun! Their child care was fantastic. We hired a nanny from the hotel who took excellent care of our 14-month old son. It really helped to make the trip - he was soooo happy at their amazing Kids Club with his nanny and my partner and I got to fall in love all over again. She really was amazing….. The food is incredible. Every meal was spectacular (their Chef just won “best chef in Africa”). Excellent variety of cuisine options and a la carte menus - we stayed 2 weeks and never ate the same thing twice. Rooms that are regal, spacious, classically tropical, very clean, and private. Worth highlighting is the service. I have never encountered such timely, caring, genuine, and sophisticated service…. The staff are incredible. They took the time to get to know us, everyone knew our names and greeted us, and took world-class care of us. It was the best hotel experience of my well-travelled life. I have stayed at many fine resorts around the world, and Constance Prince Maurice is the best experience I have ever enjoyed. Kudos to Constance and thank you for the wonderful experience. We are leaving wish positive memories that we will cherish for a life time. Ps - the grass is so green and beautiful!

The hotel is beautiful. The food and drink was excellent. The staff were world class (Kevin was the most accommodating host, he was so great with the children and very attentive to all of our needs whatever we asked for) & (Celine at kids club was the best carer for our children, she was always on time with a smile and went above and beyond for us) Excellent service of note and special thanks to; Sashi(pool), Mehess (breakfast) and Akshada (manager).

Two very small points but the coffee could have been better quality than nespresso at breakfast and the soaps/shower gel/shampoo in the rooms could have been slightly more luxurious. Otherwise hotel is faultless

We’ve just returned from a perfect holiday at Prince Maurice. The first impression is amazing, as you gaze across the pristine infinity pool and on to the ocean. The rooms are immaculate and authentically Mauritian. The food is the best we’ve had anywhere, a perfect blend of local, Indian, African and Asian flavours. The service is faultless, particularly so across the bars, where Kevin so ably looks after a brilliant team including Ravi, Hemraj and Lorenzo, who blend the most delicious cocktails, with Kevin’s ability to produce a cocktail to capture any moment being second-to-none. We love the food in the Asian and were looked after by Hurry whose warmth and attention to detail was so appreciated by all of us. Mehess and Sen were always very kind at breakfast, and Sashi and Kiran so attentive and generous with their time by the pool. Nishal is a star, running things so smoothly the beach. The golf is world class, and the couple’s massage was simply special. When we weren’t eating or drinking(!) we did manage to get in the gym which is a top facility. We have a four-year-old daughter, and every single person made her feel like a princess, and we can’t thank Celine enough for how she cared for her when babysitting. Thank you also to Akshada for kindly sorting the late check out. Wow, what a place. Can’t wait to get back.

Constance Prince Maurice Review What can I say? This resort is truly incredible, from the beautiful attention to every detail in the room, the restaurants and bars to the high quality facilities and abundance of exciting activities. However, what really makes this resort unique and special are the people. Every day we were greeted with smiles and love by the friendliest staff we have ever known. Every single question we had was answered with a smile, dietary requirements and special requests were handled effortlessly and we really were made to feel incredibly special for every minute of every day of our stay. Breakfast was amazing, each day we were greeted and looked after by the wonderful Mahess, a really loveable character who, by day 2, knew exactly what we wanted and made sure that by the time we returned to our table after visiting the gorgeous buffet,we had our coffees, teas and juices. Ayushi the manager of the fitness centre not only arranged some fantastic activities for us but also took great care of us to make sure we were comfortable and safe. He is a true hero. When we sadly checked out of the resort after nearly a week, we really felt as though we had made lots of new friends both in other guests who shared our delight and members of the staff who had looked after us. Thank you for a wonderful experience and we look forward to visiting again soon.

Our stay at JW Marriott Mauritius was exceptional! The beachfront room was a perfect retreat. Special kudos to Neha for her invaluable assistance via WhatsApp, addressing all our queries promptly and arranging a complimentary late checkout. The daily complimentary coconuts added a delightful touch to our beachside experience - where in our opinion - the staff seemed to be most experienced and friendly, most notably Vimal and Rikish. Highly recommended for a memorable getaway.

There were two private events, preventing us from entering and using the beach & grill restaurant/bar

Everything was amazing, all the staff, & the doc that sent me the medicine i needed to my room with just a phone call, The staff does not wait you to ask, they serve you before u ask, even ai hasn't reached this level yet :) I loved the water sprinkler in the toilet, reduce stress on paper trees. I loved the room service when they close the curtains at the night service, I loved the beehive commitment, & The shoe cleaning without asking for it, I loved the wapp service for anything we needed, I loved the golf set in the room, though i don't do golf but i tried it, The restaurant options were great, so were the hotel drivers John & Gopee
