The location was great, secluded and beautiful view. Overall, it was a good stay, but it was a bit overpriced. This is a hacienda style hotel. . The one thing they can improve on is the towels, we only got two towels in our room for a family of four. Also, the pool has no towels, you have to bring your own or use the ones from your room. The walls are very thin and you can hear people waking outside, but the walls that separate the rooms are not as thin. I was not able to hear noises from next door neighbors. Food was not that good, we order two different types of soups the same day and both were way too salty. This is a nice place to relax and be away from all the tourists from Ensenada and Rosario, both are about a half an hour drive each way.

Rooms are a bit dated

Definitely one of the best value properties from Tijuana to Ensenada. The hotel is located within a large housing development with a golf course. The property is so large that you feel as if you are in the countryside. The rooms on the ground floor have large balconies and some have ocean views. The rooms are large and spotless. The hotel's design is colonial and quite attractive.

While it was not a negative for us, the property does not have a beach

We came during off season - wanted to play one 9 hole round of golf (recovering from back surgery so cannot do two rounds) but wanted to golf the oceanic golf course but we’re told we could only if we play two 9 hole rounds. Golf course was empty so disappointed we couldn’t golf.

Property not well maintained….cracking plaster, peeling paint, uneven sidewalk, duct taping to close off an open wall area to the pool, dangling Christmas lights.

Beautiful quiet location. Restaurant was excellent. Comfortable bed. Very nice staff. Soft water in the shower.

Room needs some updates. Need to replace outlets. Most are loose and will not hold A plug well. Mini split system has seen better days and should be updated for a quieter and probably more efficient unit.

Curtains need to be changed, they were worn out in many spots. Sink drain needs to be changed, it is looking corroded

First and foremost, the property is clean! This is an excellent property, the design and decor are inviting with a sense of home.

The was nothing to dislike!

the location was great. the property was huge and we felt secure with since it was a gated and guarded entrance. The breakfast was great - a bit pricey for Mexico, but the service was excellent.

Location, golf course and hotel are great.

Man in charge of golf course was extremely rude, arrogant, and total lack of customer service. I had a large group of golfers and it was a very unpleasant experience dealing with this individual right before our game. Discouraging to play there again with that terrible customer service.

Restaurant service needs to improve a lot. We waited for our food for 45 min and the server had forgot about us. We ended up getting another server. The restaurant was empty i don't know how she even forgot. In the night we went to the bar and ordered our drinks and was never asked if we needed another drink the server just kept looking at us so we left. We had to almost charge ourselves too and again the bar was empty. Everthing was wonderful except the restaurant.
