The hotel is amazing...loved the rooms and the view from them every morning. We also had access to a pair of rocking chairs and a table where we sat down and had wine every night until late. The staff do everything at their reach to make your stay amazing.. We had grear vineyard recommendations and are thankful for all the insights given to us by all the staff. Thanks !!

A stench that came up from the drain on sunday night...not sure if the cesspool is working properly but the hotel should definitely have a look... Would recommend selling insect repellent at the shop...mosquitoes can be military grade...haha

The staff was phenomenal. Very friendly and greeted every request with a smile. The grounds are beautiful and the views of the surrounding foothills add to the experience. The included breakfast was very good. The options are somewhat limited but cover all the bases. There are plenty of additional options available for purchase. For lunch I would recommend the rock shrimp tempura and hand made pizza (3 cheese was my favorite). We had one dinner on site which was great but there are so many good restaurants in the area including Deckmans and Primitivo.

Minor issues but our cabin was a little worn - broken floor tile, toilet wobbled. Dirt roads everywhere. Main highways are paved but you will spend most of your time on very narrow, uneven dirt roads. Not a knock necessarily as the Valle is a developing region but we were there for a week and by the end of our stay I was ready for some pavement.

The place is wonderful, beautiful rooms, very well maintained. No complaints at all about cleanliness, and place itself.

2 things I did not like: Only a few breakfast options are included in the rate with breakfast. So far not a problem, but they charge every little thing extra (example a piece of bread instead of Tortilla etc.). Not exactly my idea of breakfast included. There was an event right next door Saturday night with extremely loud Techno music until midnight. You might think until midnight wouldn't be a problem but in the Valle de Guadalupe there is nothing to do in the evening but relax. And the music was extremely loud, our room was literally shaking. If this is a regular occurance I would reconsider staying at this hotel as Valle de Guadalupe is all about relaxing.

The bed is super comfortable! Rooms are clean! I love the fire place, I loved walking around the hotel and read the quotes!, the pool and Jacuzzi is perfect and the view is amazing, the service is excellent , friendly staff 10/10. The restaurant food and service 10/10 Miriam gave us an amazing service at Salvia Blanca restaurant and Daniel gave us an amazing service at the pool area! I love this place!! I love how amazing is everyone and they make you feel comfortable, relaxing, peaceful.and welcome! They have live music at the restaurant The whole staff make you feel so WELCOME!

The property was in a beautiful quiet area of the valley with birds chirping and sounds of nature. The property has a charming walking path with several seating areas and creative touches in the landscape. The restaurant is beautiful, expansive and delicious. The service was excellent. We also enjoyed the pool with beautiful views and the gym for a quick workout. We stayed in a superior cabin with our child and she slept comfortably on a fold up type mattress which was in the closet. We loved the community fire pit at night.

The only thing I didn’t like, because I’m sensitive to scents, is that the rooms had air wick fresheners. I had to unplug them. Also, the bed was quite firm, but some people prefer that.

It's a beautiful property with fantastic rooms, and lots of spaces to have a quiet talk with friends and your partner.

The rear entrance to room 9 didn't work when I arrived, and I was trapped inside trying to leave for an early appointment. After several attempts I was able to get the gate open. The wifi wasn't working for the television projector, and while staff tried very hard to get it to work it was not resolved. Also, the cables for that TV set up are just hangin loosely and are very unattractive. Given the beautiful hotel it's a very lazy and careless way to install your entertainment system. The cords should not be exposed, and ruin the look of the bedroom. You are the top rated hotel on all websites so you should be doing better on these little things.

A peaceful oasis with stunning valley views from spacious room windows. The on-site restaurant serves excellent food, and a hearty breakfast is included. The pool even features a hot tub, adding to the relaxation. Visiting in July was wonderfully quiet and relaxed, as it's off-peak season—a delightful aspect for us. Highly recommended for its tranquility and proximity to local attractions like vineyards and restaurants.

Incredible location, wonderful hotel, staff were all friendly and helpful. We had our breakfast included and it was AMAZING. Truly the food at Salvia Blanca (the onsite restaurant) was phenomenal. It was pretty pricy (especially as Canadians) but honestly worth it!! The floor to ceiling windows in the room looking out over the Valley were incredible. We had unfortunately cold/rainy weather when we visited but it was still cozy and beautiful in the room. The hotel contacts you prior to your stay and offers romantic packages/tours that they can set up, they also offer contacts for drivers they trust that you can contact with to schedule rides that you need. We organized a ride from and back to the Tijuana/San Diego border and it was great. The hotel is also VERY dog friendly and they even have about ten hotel dogs that they take care of as a team! So so so sweet.

Location, Location, Location. It's in the middle of the valley, with breathtaking views. No matter if you are in the room or the restaurant. Vey peace, and the staff was awesome!

I understand that the property is an eco-green location, but it is highly recommended not to flush the toilet paper into the toilet. Huh? I'm sorry, but I like to clean my butt and get rid of it. I don't want to smell myself if you know what I mean.

The property was beautiful, with stunning views of the valley, fire pit seating areas throughout the grounds, and a heated pool and hot tub. Our room was new and clean, with floor to ceiling windows that looked out on the valley. The restaurant had amazing food and cocktails, and the staff were warm and accommodating. There is security around the property so we felt safe during our stay. Also, there are nearby vineyards for wine tasting. We had a great stay and will definitely be back!
