Room was very clean and plenty of towels provided, excellent air conditioning, room was quiet at night. Location was in close proximity to everywhere I needed to go to. It felt safe and secure. WiFi was strong enough.

No elevators means stairs to second floor seemed like a hard trek after a long day. Directions to parking lot around corner and up the street were not given to me clearly. Parking attendant was not polite or accommodating even after proving that I was a paying guest, and I had been tipping big everywhere I went. He lost a $20 US tip by being a jerk The chair in room at the desk was uncomfortable, and I had some computer work to do. I got a room with an ugly view of a next door rooftop.

Great location, right downtown in middle of everything! Room, excellent, super clean, great tv, great a/c! And super clean!

Nothing to do with the hotel, I don't think, but right next door is the Ceasar's restaurant, and you have to enter from outside, as far as I could tell. When I went to go in and check out a menu, some big under dressed (the restaurant and wait staff were very nicely appointed) dude stopped me and said are they expecting you? I'm like, no, I just want to see a menu, so he kept me outside the rope and patio area while I looked the menu over....pretty 'un-welcoming' feeling...no bueno.

The room was clean and well maintained. Great location.

I thought US$80 in Mexico was overpriced for a small room in an old hotel. Had a VERY loud bathroom fan turn on, everytime I switched on the bathroom light. I showered with the light off as the fan was so loud. For a well-known hotel, staff hardly spoke As it was pouring with rain, I asked for a late check as I couldn't leave until it stopped, they wanted $40! No way under the weather conditions and circumstances, it would have been free at most other hotels.

The valet is very good and the attendant has the best manners he is very polite and friendly makes you feel safe and welcome. Overall the facility is great and high quality. It make you feel like your in a mansion with the chandelier and most importantly the location is the best and price point is very good.

Not having a an elevator but the attendant is very helpful to everyone which makes up for this small inconvenience. But not to mention the great attitude

The location , secure parking, the vibe, cleanliness, throughout, kindness of staff, the restaurant, the coffee, and the bed was magnificent !! Rooms are small but cozy! Roku, Historical building. Really nice. Can't wait to stay again.

Everything was great. One observation that im sure was not intentional was the girl at front desk should do her computer work somewhere else since she can't interact with guests. No smile and when waiting in line it makes Guests feel like she doesn't want to help us or her co workers. .

location is right in the heart of TJ with multiple places to eat like Caesars restaurant right next door where the Caesar salad was created, shop or just walk, rooms are well equipped and clean with fresh towels and valet service is also good, hotel is very clean.

they didn't give me the double bed room I reserved for the 2 nights so make sure to show the reservation #, the staff made it up to me with a much better room with a balcony next morning after I complained. Also, there is no elevator in case you are handicap. Must be because it's a very old hotel.

We always stay at Hotel Caesars whenever we are in Tijuana. Great location and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Some rooms are noisy right now (June 2023) because of construction next door. The construction crews only work during the daytime.

Their room prices have gone up--almost double this past year. But still a great stay. The price is still accessible, considering the great WiFi speed, clean rooms, good water pressure and hot water in the shower.

The hotel is very stylish, the rooms are cozy and extremely clean. The location is excellent in the famous Avenida Revolución. Very safe and easy to find everything you need in walking distance. The hotel has gratuity coffee in the mornings.

I liked everything but the morning receptionist. She is not very interested in giving any kind of tourist information about simple things like taxis or that kind of stuff. Basically she is just there to check customers in and out.

Very clean, good central location, updated mid-century architecture. Morning coffee available, ice available and accessible. Updated television and wi-fi technology. Room size was OK, furnishings updated and well maintained.

No elevators/ room was close to street making it very noisy/bathroom very small with a very noisy fan making it preferable to use the toilet in the dark. Sink area also very tight and small. TV signal went in and out, limited channels. Hallway widths are very narrow making it single file use only, very disturbing. No closets to hang your clothes. No refrigerator or place to cool items.

Obviously their restaurant is top notch, not to be missed. But I found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable. The service staff are diligent.

There are only two issues: 1. Most of the rooms face the main street and the night life doesn't shut down until 2am. The noise is there but tolerable. I did not have trouble falling asleep about midnight. 2. The plumbing in the shower was backwards, hot/cold. A minor problem.
