I liked that the room was spacious and clean.

even though it’s closed to the center there’s isn’t many places to eat walking distance.

The rooms were large and the beds comfortable. The room was clean. Water pressure and temperature were spot on! The policy was no guests allowed in rooms but could meet in communal spaces was nice. No loud parties or feeling insecure about strangers (that weren't guests) wandering around. The parking garage was secure. Everyone was super friendly.

The gathering spaces and halls smelled bad. The ramp leading to the parking garage was insanely narrow and on a busy interchange (was a bit dicey getting in and out)

Great hotel offering breakfast and basic accommodations. Nothing too spectacular, but perfect for my visit here for dental work. The staff are always friendly and professional. The rooms have everything you need. Again, it's not a luxury hotel, so it's not fancy.

I would LOVE to see a nice comfortable lounge chair with a foot stool in my room. It's very uncomfortable using your bed as a chair trying to watch TV or read a book.

Front desk staff were all Awesome, breakfast staff too. Front desk readily changed me from a gross rm to a Great one when I complained about the grossness Breakfast yummy per usual

First rm they gave me had Loud Construction right outside window ( at 1030 PM), & on opening bathroom door, was Flooded w horrible Sewer Stink throughout… Breakfast was cold both mornings, despite getting there just after 7am

To be honest its a simple room with basic facilities but wouldnt expect more from a place like this. For what you get, it was too pricey for me but maybe so because it was the weekend. Staff were nice, courteous. I gave the hotel a good score because I left my phone in a taxi. When I informed them, they immediately called the taxi driver and asked him to meet me. Got my phone back! GRACIAS

Well the breakfast was so so. The shower tiny and the aircond kept making a loud sound when switching off everytime it reached the set temperature. Then it would turn on again. And then once the temperature is met, the loud sound again. Was difficult to sleep. And the tv channels were not as per the channel listing provided.

Front desk very helpful & polite, detail oriented Breakfast was Awesome & the serving folks were wonderful Room was unexpectedly lovely, painted purple, & very clean too.

My room apparently was right over a busy road, so constant loud traffic, plus LOUD construction until after 7pm right outside my window. Will request a different side of building next time

It's a regular hotel for those who are crossing the boarder, no more no less. Liked the fact that there was a security guard with a gun 24/7 at the gates.

No fresh air in the rooms unfortunately, it is not circulating. Breakfast was fresh and fine, but very basic.

Breakfast was good but it is the same every day. Needs more variety.

Bathrooms don't have enough vanity space, bathrooms need towel hook/holders, rooms need ironing board.

Everything was nice and clean, the employees were friendly and helpful specially Jesus. The only thing was they do not have bottle water machines. They sell drinks but they have just one bottle water.

They do not have enough bottle waters to sell.

How close it’s to the border! Raul the morning security guard was so helpful and nice assured me my car was safe! Told us where the food an everything was walking distance there’s even a Costco nearby!
