It was centrally located in the downtown area. The King size Bed was very comfortable. The pool was cool, and it was right outside my balcony door, definitely plus. Restaurant staff was efficient, and the breakfast was very good. Hot and cold water perfect. I would stay at Axkan Arte again.

The things I did not like are that the WiFi signal was not strong and the tv signal kept freezing and quitting. Also they were spider webs in the closet and in the shower walls. Also mosquitos in the property.

The hotel was great for the cost of the room and also very clean and the staff really friendly and helpful at all the time. The swimming pool good size also clean. We were very close to the town to buy fruit or souvenirs, even to eat outside at the restaurant was safe. The hotel restaurant the food very delicious. We just enjoyed our stayed.

Well nothing to complain. All was fine.

we loved the pool, the artwork on all the walls, the beautiful foliage throughout, the comfortable beds, balcony and quiet of the hotel. staff were also great!

restaurant was barely functioning while we were there. short staffed perhaps? not sure. There was a bad smell in our bathroom but we brought it up with the manager and he said he’d look into it.

A very nice hotel with a refreshing pool. Which is nice in the heat of Tuxtla Gutierrez. I appreciated that most or almost all other guests were Mexicans. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Rooms could be a bit more clean. Had to change my room because my room door was damaged and I couldn't close it anymore. The city of Tuxtla Gutierrez is not worth to visit. No nice restaurants, pretty nothing. I was just there to visit the Sumidero Canyon which is super nice. So going there, visit the Canion and just go is my recommendation.

Excellent hotel in a quiet and safe location. The pool was a bonus, the A/C worked well, the internet was strong and the water hot. Very clean!
