A very cosy hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are lovely and comfortable, and designed uniquely and with much thought, love and consideration. An extra thumbs up for the very comfy bed. The hotel is perfectly located, just some minutes from the beautiful cathedral and the pedestrian area. This is not a perfect but soulless chain, but warm-hearted, unique accommodation. So be prepared that maybe the doors are a little bit old, the carpet is not immaculate or something is not as polished as it would be in a standardized hotel. Yet you'll meet wonderful people and have a great authentic experience that nonetheless doesn't lack comfort. The breakfast is prepared fresh and prompt, it's not a big buffet though but you are given a choice of local breakfast dishes. I would definitely return anytime, I loved it and was just sad that my stay wasn't very long.

There was at times an uncomfortable smell from the toilet as sometimes the case in Southern/ hot countries/regions. Yet if you closed the door this would not bother you (and everything else in the hotel is so great that I didn't mind at all).

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Spacious room with cozy decor. Good breakfast - and good coffee 24/7. Great location - downtown is within easy walking distance. Nice neighbourhood. Good off the street parking.

The water in the shower not always as warm as I would have liked. When we booked the room we were told that our motorcycles would be parked in a locked parking lot behind the hotel. More often than not the gate was unlocked and wide open - even late at night. No one ever messed with our bikes though.

As pictured, it's an old hotel with a lot of charm. They clearly put a lot of though and care into making the decor a "period piece" [1940s to 1950s]. The staff was amazingly warm and welcoming. They clearly love their role as hosts. I felt cared for...way more than in most hotels. The included breakfast of eggs, chorizo [or ham] and toast was delicious! I'd certainly stay there again and recommend it highly

The bathroom sink only had one working faucet that seemed to be cold. I showered at the gym, so I don't know if the shower had hot water. I wanted to shave on my 3rd day, which is when I realized I was not getting hot water at the sink. I did let the manager know. The wifi in my room was weak [unusable for Zoom]. They offered the use of the dining room, but it was worse.

This is a charming little hotel with lovely staff about four blocks from the city center. They made us a delicious breakfast and had excellent coffee. You eat your breakfast family style at one large table with the other guests, which was fun. Also, one of the staff was obviously immersed in English as her English is perfect, but bring your Spanish anyway! You'll need it at breakfast 😊

I couldn't turn the heater off, but that was user error as my sister, who actually has a mini split, did it immediately, so if you don't understand the remote just get some help.

I liked the property in general. staff was super friendly. anything we needed they were able to accommodate like grabbing us trustworthy taxi, iron to iron our clothes. room had AC which was great cause it was super hot outside. really liked their coffee and home made breakfast. great location walking distance to center. got clean towels everyday. they were able to let us check in.. and when checking out they were able to hold on to our luggage since our flight was later in the day

i did not like the Tv had only one working channel. didn’t really asked staff to fix. bathroom could of been a little cleaner.

The property is located very close to all interesting sights in Chihuahua. The design of the hotel is very interesting and feels cozy. The staff did not speak English, but was ready to use google translate and advise. The breakfast was simple but very tasty. They stored our backpacks after the check-out.

The water pressure in the room on the first floor is lower than on the ground floor.

This is a beautiful small hotel conveniently located within easy walking distance of the middle of town. Very spacious room in very quirky style. Lovely staff were all welcoming.

Table mats at breakfast were quite dirty... not much effort in making a nice breakfast (basic should not mean that one can't have an extra toast)... you get really a scrambled egg with a tiny portion of beans, a toast and coffee.... tasty but they could put a little more detail and effort on the breakfast.

An independent hotel with individually-decorated rooms, a short walk from the centre of Chihuahua. Very helpful staff, freshly prepared breakfast, There is a good bar across from the hotel for dinner.
