Host extremely helpful. Always offered to take us in car into town if needed, but really it's only 10 to 15 minute walk. Took me to some cheap clothes shops as needed more warm clothes. Room cleaned daily. Kitchen very well stocked with cutlery pans etc. Was very cold so owner gave us electric heater for room but also was ample blankets.

Not the hotels fault but WiFi was sometimes a bit on and off or slow, but we were in the mountains after all.

The host (whose name I forget) gave spot-on recommendations for local activities, helped connect with a trustworthy guide for local hidden gems, and found me a french press for non-instant coffee! Very tourist-friendly atmosphere. Bonus dog accompanied me on a hike and a walk to town, and although he was a little nippy, also nice protector as I was traveling solo.

Nothing to complain about. The feel in Creel is much more adapted to tourism than pueblas like Urique, so visitors will have to go deeper into the canyon to get the sense of magic, I guess, that those rural places retain despite modern elements and of course the shadowy presence of narcos. Here, in Creel, this hotel fits with the more first-world vibe of soft sheets and ground coffee beans. It's not quite real, but what is?

The staff couldn't be more helpful. We were picked up at the train station, and the drivers were ready to take us anywhere we liked. The owner helped us book the next leg of our vacation, we don't speak any Spanish and they were super helpful. Rooms are beautiful and clean. We really enjoyed our short stay. Thank you .

DVD were all spanish...lol. it really was a great place. They were all very helpful.

This is a lovely space and the team are fabulous. Professional, helpful, friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Great value. Recommend the Temazcal ceremony.

The hotel is just a short walk from town in a quiet area . The roads are not good and not well lit at night.

Very responsive and welcoming staff, and the room was exceptionally clean. Very comfortable, firm mattress with plenty of blankets, if needed. The walk into town was an easy 10-minute stroll. Directly across the street is access to the Panoramico Creel walking/biking trail. Good selection of DVDs.

Shower was not hot, but comfortably warm enough. A sewer smell wafted into the room occasionally.

The location just 5 minutes outside the tourist chaos of town was perfect. the rooms are comfortable and the best part is the hospitality of Diego, the on-site manager. couldn’t be more helpful. we were lucky to be there while they were hosting a tezamacal ceremony on the property. just magical.

Served by amazing couple with 1 cat and 2 dogs. Is a stone throw away from town but the owners would fetch you to their hotel so no issues. In addition, we were provided extra blanket and heaters which made the cold nightore bearable!

Great community kitchen, all necesary appliances, quiet rooms, very comfortable bed, close to main street and friendly staff. Transport from and to the bus station.

I cant complain about anything, I really enjoyed my stay there and would definitely stay there again, I recommend it!!

A excellent place to stay, quiet and the bed was comfortable, great sleeps. Nothing was too much trouble, you can see the love and caring of all in this establishment. It is a little walk from town, but at the base of a hill covered in pine trees, highly recommended.
