The hotel was relatively easy to find, and in a very convenient location. Hotel staff is very nice and extremely accommodating, the cleaning service is absolutely amazing and very detailed, and the breakfast is amazing and home made, the cook will do their best with any request you may have to ensure you can enjoy your breakfast. The room is nice and cozy, but nothing to extravagant or fancy, it fits the vibe of this beautiful small town. Highly recommended!

Not enough hot water :( and there’s no Tv options for people that don’t speak Spanish or a variety of things to watch.

The location, the staff, the breakfast!! Also it was possible to have tea and coffee (very good coffee) at any time.

The bathroom's sink is terrible, water splashed everywhere, and was not possible to regulate it. Also, while very cute, it was zero practical. It was very difficult to wash your face on the sink without making everything soaked, as the water faucet is exactly in the middle... the power of the shower was also not the best... Nonetheless, it was super clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed everything about our stay! The hotel is tucked away, small and quaint, and a good value. The hotel only has nine rooms, and it has more of B&B feel to it. It was comfy, clean and safe. It's located literally within walking distance of the town plaza, steps from a smaller plaza and steps from the chepe train station. The staff was amazing- they were helpful and available. We were picked up from the airport by a young man, Gustavo, who aside from being our driver, was also our tour guide and photographer! He was helpful, patient and shared his knowledge of the area with us. We were provided a fresh, homemade breakfast in the mornings that was absolutely delicious! So many great things to say about our experience with the hotel, definitely staying here again if the opportunity presents itself!

Things to keep in mind, the hotel is right next to the train tracks, so it can be a bit noisy, I didn't mind that.

Very nice and cozy little hotel located right in the central area of Creel, you will be within walking distance to anything you could want to do. Staff is very friendly and serve a delicious breakfast every morning. The decor is train themed so especially recommended for any train afficionados.

It did not bother me too much but the rooms can be noisy. You will hear everything that happens in the room next to you and likely also what goes on outside of your room. I would not recommend if you are a light sleeper/sensitive to noise.

comfortable, centric, awesome staff, they treat you and make you feel very comfortable. I love the seating areas, with flowers and comfy chairs in the balcony. Staff is really nice.

there isn’t a bathroom in the lobby and if you have a roommate using the room’s bathroom you don’t have any where else to go. Train sound is really loud but it is expected at “the station;” it scared the hell out of me the first night.

Cute decor, comfortable and well equipped room, lovely shared space. Very convenient to the train and to the centre of town. Delicious breakfast, and really accommodating staff :)

As mentioned by others, very thin walls so sound really travels. But nothing that some earplugs won’t sort out!

Great location if you like to be right in the middle of the town. Close to restaurants and stores, it was nice to be able to have dinner and walk back to the hotel. Heaters worked good, we went during winter so it was nice to come to a warm place at the end of the day. Room was not very big but it was cozy. There was hot water at anytime Breakfast was yummy. The staff was very friendly.

I didn’t mind it much but be aware that train tracks are right behind the hotel so you will definitely hear and feel the train go by.

One of the most beautiful hotels in Mexico - every space showcasing treasures of the past. The staff were excellent.

There were a lot of no-see-ums with nasty bites, probably due to the weather, the greenery and the open air spaces.

very dusty room, and bathroom door is too small for frame. you either see the toilet or the shower from the room. Dusty!!!
