Beautiful setting. Valet parking. Good restaurants near by. Lots of hot water.

Internet connection only in common areas. Frustrating as connection in room room very poor. As a traveller I want the convenience of internet access in my room. I would consider finding a different hotel that provides this service. Location: be prepared to walk up and down hills, on narrow sidewalks that have multi levels. Drops off road to basement restaurants have no protective barriers.

The property was absolutely stunning. The location is ideal and despite the active streets in San Miguel, this hotel was located centrally but on a quiet street. Once you enter the gates of the property, you are transported to a beautiful hidden garden. Staff is amazing and very kind.

Location is amazing and property is beautiful. Our room was large and bed was comfy. It had a lot of charms.

Make sure you get an electric heater if you are visiting in winter and a fan potentially in the summer. The rooms are not heated (and not air conditioned either) and it gets really cold at night. Ours had such a high ceiling that it was impossible to heat, I had to take a shower in the morning in my parents room that was smaller and warmer. Besides that, we loved the hotel for its very convenient location and fair price.

Such a lovely environment! The grounds are wonderful & rooms unique. The hotel is inexpensive, in the historic center & near everything we needed- good coffee, David Joyeria, Coyote Canon travels.

The loveseat in our room really needs to be hauled away:)

the property was beautiful and quaint. the bed was pretty comfortable and the shower was hot and we had a great patio space. the staff was outstanding.

the rooms could do with a few more amenities such as heaters, a mini-fridge, glasses, a phone.

There was no restaurant or food and I missed that. There was also no wifi in rooms, just in the courtyard so that was disappointing. The location was fantastic, the staff helpful and my bed and room were supper comfortable.

San Miguel is a tad unauthentic with its tourists, American retirees and western prices but there are some gems around like this charming hotel in the city center. the rooms are rustic, chic and spacious with a huge bathroom and soaking tub. the outdoor sitting areas among the well planted gardens provides extra fantasy to the property.

they do not offer food or drinks if you’re one who fancies room service.

Location was amazing! Everyone super friendly. Public area was beautiful and lovely to sit in.

There was no wifi connection in the room unfortunately but not too much a problem. Also one of the closets had an odd smell.

The premises are gorgeous - with beautiful artwork and plants in the courtyard area. It has an authentic, boutique feel to it. The room itself was spacious and beautiful. Perfectly located, right in the center. In addition to their free parking, there is secure parking right across the street. The staff was lovely and accommodating.

location in town is excellent, and the buildings and landscaping are beautiful. wonderful staff.

it is located on one of the most difficult ( narrow sidewalks, one way, major cobblestone) streets in town.
