- fantastic location, beach at the hotel, swimming pool(s) with different depths, with water in moderate temperature - beautiful view - from anywhere actually. I loved view from balcony, delighted view of the bay - hotel staff very helpfull, quickly resolve arising problems - safe place - we ate brakfast outside of hotel - there's Vips and Sanborns quite close. La Casa the Los Abuelos is just on other side of street

- AC very very noisy, made sounds as if the its fans were about to fly away... It was impossible to sleep, we had to switch off for the night - flush worked very strangely, sometimes the 'stuff' returned - few times in row our door access cards stopped working - we wasted some time going to reception desk to 'repair' them. - the shower was operating by magic, we thought it was broken, and it just required special effort - palapas cost 500MXN, however 400MXN can be used for food and actually 100MXN is for palapas rent. there was no any writte information about how it works. - parking cost 130MXN/day

pool as described also have a adult only pools 2 of them makes a big difference and family pool are also great to enjoy all rooms have beach front. The rooms look a little upgraded ac was super cold and breack fast was good you can choose from the bar or chef can cook your special eggs the sweet bar mexican bread was fantastic Fernanda gave us an excellent service in the breakfast. Didn't had the dinner there but they also have it if you wish. Restaurant are excellent. Price is right on the spot. .

Bads you have to wake up early to get your self a good shade spot for the pool. But thats on every hotel we been the only one to blame for that is the people that grab every chair they can even if they don't used them. And shades at the beach gotta consume $250 pesos in order to get access to them

I loved that there are 3 pools; a family option, only adults, and an infinity pool in the adult section. The spa was wonderful too! Karina and Lupita were wonderful masseuses!

The staff are noticeably flustered and seem quite unorganized when it comes to valet parking. Watch out for Sunday check-out between 11am and 1pm. Lots of lines and difficult to get your vehicle back, and this was during off-peak season. Take care renting towels for the pools! They will charge $25 USD / $500 MXN if you don’t return them by 9pm each night. We were confronted by a rather rude staff when we checked our towels in at 8.57pm. We had to show our watches to get the kid to cooperate. He didn’t apologize afterwards. It also seemed weird that pools close at 9pm - a tad early, really.

1) Location. Excellent. 2) Rooms have an old world charm. Marble flooring, traditional wooden furniture. 3) Every room has a balcony with excellent views of the beach + pools. 4) the pools are beautiful. 2 pools are adults only and a large one for kids. 5) the seafood restaurant is excellent. great service. try the ceviche and aguachile. just excellent! 6) room service (24 hour) food was excellent. try the filet mignon with mushroom sauce. Yum!

1) valet parking - super slow 2) air conditioning in the rooms - runs hot. 3) they are obsessive about the pool towels. keep them safe and obtain the towel return ticket or you will be delayed at checkout. 4) the food at the pool restaurant is limited (burgers, sandwiches) and low quality. please don’t serve cocktails in paper cups!

I like the hotel area and window view, simply amazing.

Unfortunately hotel lost the chic many years ago. Need of renovation here and there. Also was surprised that so less staff speak at least some English, even who is working on entrance area. Couldn't get mexican version of charger (I took European my mistake), not typical level of service for 5*star hotel. Everyone was sending me out to another colleague. And finally note for housekeeping: please use vacuum cleaner before mop, otherwise hairs will be left on bathroom floor, that is not nice.

We were here 4/19-4/26/22. Large nice room (we had one King bed) on floor 10 with wonderful view across pool and to the ocean. Beautiful sunsets. Nice pool areas, very good food in restaurants, Complimentary breakfast was a lot better then we assumed (large buffet actually!) Many shops and food within walking distance too. Very Friendly staff. Everything was GREAT! We will return, just need to brush up more on our Spanish first. Beautiful beaches,

Some guests are selfish and blast there music - so you hear three Mexican music going all at once! Hard to nap in sun with that. Check in is 3pm sharp so very long line to check in. No early check ins. Long, slow line. Be careful, the beach has strong current and some rough waves. Beautiful though. We speak English and some Spanish. We had some difficulty with menus and communication, but a few do speak some English, which was helpful. We have been many locations in Mexico, Acapulco, or at least this area, was mainly Spanish speaking, which we need to improve on our Spanish before returning. The pool area had some areas needing improvement - but totally fine, we are paying a good price to stay here and accept the small flaws in return for the GREAT price.

I really liked the hotel, and my little daughters loved the swimming pool with all the slides and the kids area.

Why don't you use a timeslot system for the peak season? When semana santa started, the breakfast became really chaotic.. it almost felt like they were not prepared for it, we had to quee for more than an hour to wait for a table, at the end we were sent to another restaurant but with way less food options and less staff. At the end the issue was solved and we got a table in the main restaurant. Also the door of our room and the sliding door to the balcony needed maintenance, they would get stuck or not close anymore.

The view, the restaurants and the staff super friendly

I guess it needs a refresh look, more up to date. And, I did not appreciate that the beach we have to rent the little shack, and the worst we pay and there are other private companies in front of us obstructing the view.

Hotel was on the beach it was wonderful Had to change the room as the air conditioning didn't work and the hot water only came on at a certain time but the new room was excellent The swimming pools all around the hotel were good but too many kids So if you have kids its it would definatly suit you In saying that theres also a quiet pool for people with no kids which is very very good for people who dont want noise.

Mask masks masks masks It was a nightmare Young kids working in the hotel asking you to pull up your mask if they saw it slipping Be warned people the mexican acapulco people crazy about masks everywhere Total nightmare this is So be prepared
