The location and view is great! The apartment I stayed in was huge with a big balcony overlooking the ocean, a fully equipped kitchen, big bathroom and walk-in closet. There are also several pools in the complex and loads of restaurants and bars within walking distance. There are 3 convenience stores close by.
Nothing really. Although the building itself has seen better days, it is still nice. There was no hot water in the apartment. The food and drinks at the pool bar is not very good, and a bit pricy. It can be a bit loud at the pool area as 99.9% of the guests are local package tourists (especially during the weekend) with kids.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. All of the facilities worked properly. It was in a busy part of town with many entrances to the beaches bearby.
The terrace curtains were covered in some kind of white powder on the back side. My son went behind them and came out with that powder on his clothes. The bathroom was clean but the fixtures had seen better days, I couldn't tell which was hot or cold.

Clean and everything worked as it should. The hotel had beach access and 2 large pools connected by a 3m platform to jump from (which is great fun). We had help taking our bags up to our room and car parking was only 100 pesos per night which is reasonable.
The hotel is quite outdated and the pool can get very very busy. Both of these things should be expected though as it is a big hotel and the pictures are clear what the place is like before arriving.
