perfect location and the views were amazing!! Cosy room with outside balcony to sit and enjoy the mountains and town. Could spend all day just sitting out there! close to the best cafes and in the heart of the centro though secluded enough to be peaceful. Friendly staff and rooms cleaned well. Great value for money!

Rooms and bed a little small though it worked. can hear outside noise as windows and doors not very sound proof. A fridge in the room would be perfect though they do let you use their kitchen one.

The location is perfect. The property is lovely. I bet one of the nicer places to stay in Taxco. Taxco is hilly so be prepared to walk up a lot. Wonderful view from our room which was on the top floor.

The downside is the noise from the streett and elsewhere. Though I am unsure you can avoid this anywhere you stay in Taxco. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs.

Beautiful hotel in the central area with lovely views of the city and a highly accommodating staff. Would definitely stay here again!

Put sugar and creamer with the coffee set. Should warn people about the spiral staircase - I'm older and have a bad knee but it was do-able

Very charming. Loved the location, walking distance to everything and close to the center. I'd highly recommend the balcony rooms.

Hit or miss if there's someone around that speaks English. I had some questions about getting around and future travel, so that would have been nice. Also keep in mind that they don't do breakfast anymore. Also, wish there was a central place to chill and meet other guests.

Great location, less than 1 minute walk from the zocalo. Quiet even on the crowded weekend. Friendly staff who willing to help (spanish speakers only).

You don't get a key to the main gate. You need to ring the bell in order to get in & out. And in some occasions it took a while to get a response Though the room was very clean, there were some small ants.

Beautiful location the heart of town (if you don't mind the few stairs uphill) , superb view on the cathedral and town center, very nice balcony, beautiful (classical) furniture and room design, coffee machine available in the room.

Though noisy trafic on the road in front, and in the weekends the city center can be lively (read noisy), we slept well and enjoyed the marvelous view from the balcony.

Location was great, a few steps from main central.

A beautiful historic building with a great staff in a central location. The private rooftop patio with a great view was a plus.

Parking was a hassle, but that's the nature of Taxco and not a surprise.

The staff were lovely, great location from the center, great night's sleep, very accommodating, clean room with a good amount of space.

-Room didn't seem as large as Booking suggested. -Noisy because of traffic climbing the hill below the hotel.
