The location of the property was exceptional. central to the historic part of town and fairly safe. There are a few bars in the area that where quite lovely.

What I didn’t appreciate about the property was the blatant dishonesty from their administrative team/“front desk team”. The property boasts AC- they however only provided a broken/none functioning swamp cooler as opposed to a portable AC or central AC. The property also advertises a washing machine in suite- however there is no such thing. there is a washer on site that is not available for use to guests. However, one is charged an additional fee (150 pesos in cash on site) per load of wash. Also, there is no service (cleaning service) that is included - turn down service/daily room cleanings are all at additional charges (in cash on site). While these things are not deal breakers it was the blatant disregard for transparency that leaves a bitter taste

The location is fantastic. Within walking distance (20min) to the cathedral, museums, central square and market. Also in the middle of a hip area with a wide variety of nice cafes & restaurants. Area was super safe and comfortable. The apartment was spacious and decently equipped. The staff was really friendly and helpful and super cooperative. The terrace was beautiful too.

The windows are single glazed so if you're a light sleeper like me, noise from the street can keep you awake. That's why I would recommend getting one of the lofts at the back and away from the street. The one I got had a few windows, but only one window I can open. So ventilation was a bit poor especially on hot days. That being said, it does have an advantage of less noise coming into the room. The spiral stairs and loft style is aesthetically pleasing, but can be a bit annoying if your walking down to the toilet in the middle of the night. These are some minor details only.

Comfy apartment in a good location, walking distance to a lot of hip coffee shops, restaurants and bars. I think it's the best neighborhood in Guadalajara. No aircon, but not a big problem since the nights are not too hot in Guadalajara. I used the apartment to work from there as a digital nomad, internet is fast and reliable, about 50 MBit downstream. The chairs are good to sit there for work.

The kitchen needs better equipment. There's a tiny stove, 1 tiny pan and 1 tiny pot. I like to cook my own food, which was quite a challenge with this equipment. Some basic things are missing, no cutting board, no sieve, no dish rack. The big knife has such a thin blade that it's impossible to cut anything without deforming it. It would be easy to take care of these little details that can make a big difference.

Very spacious with two stories and a deck. Clean and cheerful design.

Would have loved a couple more essentials, such as a water boiler and working stove.

Everything was perfect!

Location is good. In the middle between the center and Chapultepec. There is a really cool cat living in the building.

It is a bit difficult to pick up the keys because it's 2 streets away which is an issue if you have a heavy luggage. Getting to the bed is also a bit difficult (especially when it's dark) because it's on a mezzanine. Also there are no "real" windows except for a one tiny one in the kitchen.

Location was excellent, basic kitchen met our needs, clean, helpful staff, price was right.

Very noisy, street noise echoes up to the loft, bathroom window and living area window cannot be closed. Bathroom shower was hard to control temperature, too hot or too cold made it uncomfortable. Stairs to loft bedroom are tricky. No regular cleaning for the week we stayed so had to ask for service when we needed.

The location was really good.

I felt trapped, very enclosed, just a small window through which the air came in. Without being able to see anything from the outside, a feeling of enclosure is created.
