Meals were well presented, great quality, beautiful scenery and restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere.

client services felt a bit forced; room amenities were provided for one person only when the room was paid for 3 people. Furthermore, they did not provide more after we requested it. Some staff made us feel as if we were asking them for a favor and did not facilitate services well. That being said, cleaning personnel and security were very friendly and helpful.

the staff is magnificent, they are the only thing that could make me think that I was in a 5 stars hotel. I travel quite a bit in the staff in this hotel are the best but I can’t say the same for the hotel.

It was advertised as a property with gardens but they didn’t have much of a garden. the food at the restaurant was terrible. a 5 stars property could actually have a heated pool. An older person couldn’t stay in a room with stairs to be able to get to bed. the bathroom had a terrible smell that we had to suffer for 3 nights. this hotel is really a 3 stars hotel

Room was amazing...we were given an upgrade as there was an unfortunate situation with a drunk and disorderly guest in the room beside us. The bar and food was great...very clean and quiet in the upgraded room. The pool isn't anything that I would swim in but it creates a very nice environment for reading a book etc... Would definitely stay here again and refer this lovely hotel.

Beautiful building and room. Spacious room, well equipped, very friendly staff, good room service,good cleaning service. Beautiful garden outside, lovely fountain. One night a resident was too loud and becoming aggressive verbally towards his companion and was shouting and slamming the door, he was asked to leave. That was an excellent way the management decided to take, as the comfort and safety or the guests are the most important thing.

The bathroom smelled, I think it’s the old pipes.

Buffet breakfast was very nice. Rooms were big. Linens were nice, comfy bed. Staff amazing

Smoked salmon area was off to the side and we missed it. Not many waiters understood English. Communicating wasn’t always easy. Hotel location not great. Not much in walking distance in the area

not all rooms face the courtyard. mine faced the parking lot but it was a corner unit. after 3 days, they charge you for more coffee room was a little musty, carpet needs shampooing not many on staff speak English, and my Spanish is terrible. pool cushions had bird poop all over them. pool not heated.

The staff was amazing, kind and incredibly attentive. They were all committed to making sure we had an A+ experience. I came with a group of 7 girls for a friend's 40th and happy we chose Quinta Real as our stay. It was cozy, safe and had a cool elegant vibe to it - just like the city of GDL. It's within walking distance of many restaurants and bars. Ubers around the city cost less than $5 from this hotel. Overall, we'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice, cool and cozy place that is in a great location.

The hotel is beautiful, quiet, has a great restaurant and helpful staff. The stay was very comfortable.

It is odd that a hotel that gives you every toiletry imaginable does not give more than one cup of coffee in the room.

We had a lovely stay at Quinta Real. All staff were lovely and a special shout out to Jaime, the concierge, who was outstanding and helped us organise our local transfers and tours. The rooms are spacious and the garden is really beautiful. The gym is nice, too.

beautiful hotel, the rooms are perfect and they provide a lot of toiletries that other hotels wouldn’t. the pool and garden area is beautiful and the concierge team were fantastic.

the pool is beautiful but it’s not really for swimming in and the breakfast is very overpriced for what you actually get.
