I loved the staff and the hotel itself was good. The pool was kept clean, room service was always available, and the hotel it's self was about 10 mins away (driving) from the center, mall and about 30 mins away from the airport. If your into the night life 2 strip clubs are next door.

What u didn't like was on a Saturday afternoon. I asked for room service, and I left the room thinking it was going to be like 30 mins. Me and my wife left for the pool. We waited a but and went back only to find our room door was wide open and unattended. I gave the lady the benefit of the doubt that she would come back. We stayed in our room and waited. I ended up taking a nap. My wife did her makeup. And about 90 mins later the housekeeping lady showed up to do the beds. I was so upset but glad that I had stayed around. Who knows what would have happened if someone else would have walked in my room. All of our belongings, passports, and bag of money /purse was left in the room. Watch the housekeeping people.

We were overall happy with our stay. The staff at reception were kind and friendly. They held our luggage twice in our stay. The room was really big and super good air conditioner that exceeded our expectation. It was quiet and the room we had was well insulated from sound. The food and drinks was a reasonable price

We spent quite a bit on food and drinks. While the crepes and the club sandwich was good the chocolate volcano postre was not the best. It was dry and not lava in the middle like you would hope. Service was Not to fast but over all, efficient. Yes the train is loud but it didn’t last too long and our room was positioned best for minimal noise

The whole staff is very friendly and caring towards their guests. The hotel has a swimming pool, a gym and beautiful gardens… The view at night is beautiful! We felt really safe in there, it looks like a tiny town with tiny crosswalks and all. 10/10 would recommend!

The property was well kept, clean at all times, staff were super friendly and always helpful. Rooms were cleaned daily and fulfilled/surpassed our expectations. Mr. Elias Rodriguez was more than friendly with his recommendations, friendly and always greeting with a smile.

the property is located next to the train track, you will hear the train at night no matter what room you get, no fridge in room and nowhere to get ice if the restaurant is closed.

Loved the staff, location, cleanliness, atmosphere, etc... Staff went out of their way to make us feel at home... Enjoyed befriending Martin, Brianda, and Osvaldo. They answered all questions and provided services we required such as Uber, tours, food, coffee etc. I will not hesitate to stay here in the future

Parking lot was good by having the car right in front of the door. Very nice!

The train passing by was too close

Very modern hotel, Alberto provided fabulous service by the pool. Housekeeping did an amazing job too.

Front desk staff could have been a bit more friendly.
