I could check in at midnight. The room was wide, clean, comfortable and peaceful. I broke the closet lid but they fixed it next day. They did not charge me for that. Water temperature and pressure are awesome in the shower. After checkout, the receptionists allowed me to leave 2 luggages in their storage room for free (This was extremely helpful for me). This is the best hotel in Mexico City if you do not want to pay a lot for accommodation.

Receptionists did not speak english very well but if you use google translate (spanish <=> english) this is not a problem at all.

Maria Rico Hotel is an excellent venue for a relaxed stay, close to where we were going (Universidad Panamericana Mixcoac), with easy access and incredible speed and agility for check-in and check-out. The hotel is simple but comfortable, clean and has everything you need. Highly recommended!!!

Perhaps that the entrance to the car park is a but tricky, in a busy evening it may be dangerous to enter using the same entrance to the ones that exit the car park. Otherwise, all is very good.

The location is great

I arrived earlier and I left my luggage at the front desk, when I arrived and asked for my luggage, I waited like 30 minutes and they didn't send it to my room and I had to go to the front desk to ask for it

There is nothing, we could complain about. Nice, clean, very friendly staff and a 24/7 room service with a lot of food and drinks to choose from. Very clean and nice bathroom with nice hot water. Shopping-Center, restaurants and cafés close by.

Close to shopping malls. Staff helped elderly relative. Restaurant is not expensive. Great, great shower We would stay again.

Every room has a sound system, the problem is that the rooms are not soundproof and you can hear other rooms.

The illumination in some parts of the room was kind of poor. But other than that, it was a nice stay.
