very modern, super comfy bed. great view from the shared balcony on the top floor.

they only clean every 5 days. not really an issue but because the shower screen has an inch gap, water goes everywhere and your bath mat soon starts to smell quite pungent. easily could be fixed with a cheap rubber seal. after 5 days you might have generated a lot of trash. now overall I don’t mind to be honest, but when you arrive there is an envelop saying “hey my name is X I’m in charge of cleaning you room etc etc” I assume the envelope is for me to put money in. a tip for cleaning the room before I arrive and then after I leave? sorry no.

Comfortable, spacious and clean. The kitchen had all the basics and the fridge was a must to keep our bottled drinks cold. AC worked really well and appreciated the black out curtains. We utilized the laundry facilities in the basement - heads up that you need to book a slot in advance and you need to bring your own laundry detergent. The staff were amazing! All the ladies at reception and both security guards were so friendly and helpful. Our flight arrived late at night and we didn’t get to the hotel until 1am. The security guard showed us to our room. Reception helped us book our last minute hot air balloon tour over Teotihuacán over the phone and arranged everything for us in Spanish.

Although located in La Condesa, it’s on the southwest outskirts, so it was a good 15-minute walk to grab breakfast or coffee from popular local spots.

The accommodation was great. Very new and clean with a super large, extremely comfy bed. The roof terrace was lovely and it was a real bonus to be able to do our laundry. The staff were very helpful and security conscious. The location was a little off the main drag, but it was easy to walk to restaurants and the metro. There could be a bit of noise from students hanging out in front of the uni across the road and a bit of traffic noise, but it all dropped off at a reasonable hour and certainly didn't interrupt sleep. It was a great stay and I wouldn't hesitate to book to go back there.

Convenient location, comfortable bed, modern

Staff didn't reply in a timely manner to the WhatsApp messages (which they say they prefer for communication and the room phone was actually unplugged). The shower walls also had some stuff on the walls (looked like snot but maybe it was soap buildup). Not enough toilet paper for our stay so we had to ask for more.

Easy Check in! There’s always a person at reception. Very helpful and friendly staff. Apartment had everything I needed plus a very comfortable bed! Laundry onsite! All excellent!

I wished they had cleaning service for a longer stay. I stayed for 4 days, 5 nights and only got my trash picked up by service staff.

Surrounding area was very safe for walking and close enough to plenty of nice places. Bed was absolutely huge with nice pillows. Very comfortable room. Great that the TV connected to many different streaming apps. Really appreciated the happy birthday note for me written on the bathroom mirror :)

Bathroom needed a little attention to detail, including paint and full toiletries. In the evening, shower ran out of hot water. Closets did not open all the way which was pretty annoying. Stools were too high for the countertops. Also it was quite noisy due to the school across the street. Pretty noisy on the floors as well, can easily hear others coming in and out of their rooms.

The location was very good. There is a grocery store a block away. It is across the street from a university, I recommend using that address for UBERs as they can easily find it. 2 UBERs dropped us at the same wrong location when we used Be Mate. The fitness room is great and you can reserve time in the laundry. The kitchen is well stocked. Very comfortable!

A cool modern building with brand new facilities. The decor was modern and stylish, yet cozy. We were three people in a separated suit style space which was perfect. The location also feels super safe. Would recommend!

A bit noisy at night (though this probably applies to most parts of Mexico City). My only complaint would be that the rooms aren’t cleaned throughout your stay so when staying for longer periods, it adds up. That being said when we asked for fresh towels, the hotel staff were more than happy to accommodate :)

We stayed for 2 weeks in a Junior Suite. It was compact but was well outfitted. We made breakfast most mornings and dinner a couple of nights. Good grocery store was very close, lots of restaurants within walking distance. Bed was comfortable, AC good. Laundry facilities on the premises. Area is quiet at night. We'll suited for our extended stay.

Internet was pretty slow. An upgrade would be good. There is construction going on behind the hotel. Could be a bit noisy during the day but didn't really bother us since the area is pretty quiet at night.

Walked right into Condesa neighborhood which we liked the most The amazing rooftop where we started our mornings with breakfast Super spacious appartement & also big comfortable bed

The weights in the gym would only go to 7.5kg 🤪 Plenty of gyms around the area though!
