We recently opened a new manufacturing plant in Queretaro. I am typically working at this plant a couple times per month. Throughout the process of opening up this new business I have stayed at several hotels, which includes boutique hotels in downtown Queretaro. I now only stay at this property and the main reason is because of their General Manager, Eduardo. Eduardo is amazing and he gets it... Thank you and look forward to seeing you soon.

It would be nice to have someone at the outdoor bar to make drinks during happy hour. I want to thank their entire staff for making me feel at home when I am working at the hotel. Thank you!

The hotel has direct access to the mall which has lots of great stores. If your a coffee drinker, there is a Starbucks and a Tim Horton as well. Great views from our room.

Your room key card can only go to your floor so if you had a friend staying on a different floor, you had to meet in the lobby and go together to their room.

the location is great, attached to the mall. my first room had faulty air conditioning so they graciously upgraded me to a junior suite with amazing views! very kind and greatly appreciated.

some details were missing. one morning the housekeeping staff didn’t leave any coffee pods. i called housekeeping and they brought 1 pod, for 2 people, with about 12 packets of Splenda. the man said extra pods would cost extra. i tried to explain there weren’t any left by housekeeping but he said i could call the desk, i didn’t. we ordered room service, clearly 2 entrees, but there was only 1 napkin and silver wear set up on the tray. also the order took so long so they “gifted” us a coke, again, 1 coke for 2 people, a nice gesture but it was New Year’s Eve after all, maybe champagne? desert?

Location at Fashion Drive - excellent. The hotel is fairly new and it shows. You have direct access from the elevators to the parking lot and the mall. If you have a high floor - views are awesome.

It is somewhat more expensive than other options, but it provides good value.

Beds are clean

Very low pressure to shower at night and on the sinks too and in the morning hardly any hot water and low pressure too. When I tried to iron, the iron was in a spot full of water spilled in the closet.

Location, breakfast, service of personnel.

AC sounded too loud when set in fan at 1 or 3. U found hair in my tub.

Good location and friendly staff.

Check-in process takes too long. The hotel have 4 elevators but not all of them were working and the waiting time sometimes was long and annoying

The pool was dirty, we couldn’t swim, we did not have full set of towels every day, the aircon is a little bit noisy, the mini bar is not included, we upgraded our room and the change of luggage has to be done by us, instead of having help

The selection on the TV, would have liked to have netflix, or on demand. Increased the cleanliness especially bteeen guest. Had the bad experience of having a underwear within the clean towels.
