Good hotel chain, better managed and maintained than US motels. Quality and cleanliness, no frills but has what you need

no ice. , . I have stayed at this location ar least six times previously. The breakfast bar is getting thin, and the coffee is terrible. I stayed at another location the previous night and it was a little better in all respects. the price here has gone up in proportion to the decline in quality. That being said, it is still my preferred hotel in Monterrey.

Location ... nearest hotel in Monterrey along the route to the border. The room was simple but adequate and reasonably clean and comfortable plus the TV offered CNN in English, a big plus for poor Spanish speakers.

The breakfast bar was poorly organized and too crowded into a corner for an efficient flow of guest, so the selections of food are hard to easily determine - also they need two coffee dispenser's as there was a long line waiting for coffee, an early morning necessity.

Very convenient location on the way to the border

There is no fence around the property which makes it difficult to guarantee the safety of your vehicle. Two nights before our stay a window was busted in a vehicle and it was robbed. Just so you know

The Breakfast is generally good. We have stayed here a number of times and the quality has been consistent. I suppose COVID and inflation has narrowed the breakfast offering, but it is reliable, and one should not need anything more. I don't care too much for the coffee, but everyone drinks it, and there are 7-elevens close by for other options.

wish the coffee was better. other than that, can't complain.

They need to explain that you need to use your key card to work the elevator.

Location, morning coffee and fresh fruit and yogurt. Very quiet because the building has 7 stories..

Windows where designed not to open, I prefer using outside air, rather than. just the AC unit for ventilation However we were comfortable and will stay there again because of location

Location is great for getting off and onto the highway. It feels secure. Eating facilities are in the vicinity making it an easy stopover between Texas and Queretaro.

The pillows were uncomfortable.

The checking in process is very slow. We waited approximately 1hour to check in. The people before me told me they had been there for 2 hours!

The location is just great. 20min from airport just off the highway. There's a burger place next to it. A coffee place as well. There's a guy that helps you with your baggage he's really nice. You may think that is a loud place to stay because of the highway but it's actually pretty quiet.

Just like other hotel rooms there's the humidity smell. But I know it's a struggle that pretty much all hotels suffer of
