I liked the cafeteria with the view of the mountains and both indoor and outdoor seating. Also, the view from the room on the fifth floor was great and the same price for two beds with the view or the king room without the view.

The cafeteria didn't open until 8 am on Sunday, which meant going out looking for a coffees shop but nothing was open in the barrio old city until 9 am. So I , I ended up returning to the lobby where I was able to hang out and recharge my phone. When the cafeteria at the hotel opened at 8, it had one comfortable sofa-style seating which allowed me to enjoy a leisurely breakfast until the contemporary art museum MARCO opened at 10 am. I guess it would have been okay had I not been tired and hungry after an overnight trip.

Location, kind dedicated staff, rooms are very clean! I stayed here last year and I was pleasantly surprised this time that there is now enhanced security while taking the elevators… before that, you could access rooms from parking garage, now you need a guest key to access rooms. I love this hotel, it is amazing, great views of Cerro de la Silla, very comfortable. This is a gem of a hotel in Monterrey downtown, and I would gladly come stay here over and over again when visiting the city.

I wish there was a pedestrian entrance from the square next to the hotel, not only from the garage which can be a bit confusing. Please make mini fridges/microwaves available in the rooms.

The hotel is just next to the main square, it also offers you a great city view from the restaurant balcon. The staff is very friendly and the check-in / out process were smooth.

There are some repairs, constructions on going in Monterrey downtown next to the hotel, which does not disturb your rest but it difficults your arrival to the hotel due to the traffic situation. Of course is something the hotel could not control, but just to keep in mind.

The hotel walking distance to museums, churches, local shops, market, restaurants and other sites.

No available airport shuttle. No coffee maker in room or coffee in the lobby. No hand towels or wash cloths provided. This is the first place I stay where the king room had no window view outside (and hotel website did not indicate there was no window). I was offered an upgrade to a room with a view only a room with 2 double beds.

The view was beautiful!! And the room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. I like the inside aesthetic. It has a rainfall shower and led lighted mirror in the bathroom. The terrace is beautiful as well and the staff very friendly. Everything you might need outside the hotel is within either a few steps or very few minutes walking and very affordable price.

The entrance to the hotel is not very spacious, or pretty but the inside it is.

Nice view of the city. Large modern and clean room. Comfortable bed Unfortunately there is no coffee maker. Hotel entrance through a parking garage is strange.

Only one socket visible in the room. There is another one in the bathroom. There is only one towel per person. Complimentary bottle of water only on the first day. Internet is very slow.

the hall when you get out of elevators to the 6th floor,there’s no a/c is very hot and the fact that I needed ice and they didn’t provided it,had to go to restaurant and ask for some and of course I had to pay for it..

Having a breakfast on their terrace already worth half of the price of the stay. I would go there even if I lived in Monterrey. The cleanliness of the room is definitely above the average and the view to the plaza is a plus.

It looks like there are some risks related to security: I always had to check a couple times if the door was locked (the automatic lock was not functioning properly). I also didn't see any security guard at the garage entrance, so it is very easy to someone with bad intentions to follow a guest to the elevator without being noticed.

The location is great. The room is clean in general. The check in/out were very quick.

The staff wasn't very polite. One night passing midnight the room next to mine had music at high volume. I asked the front desk to please check this issue and they did nothing after my first and second call. After the third one they did asked the guests next to my room to turn it down. In addition, one of the hotel maids knocked my door to ask if she could clean the room. I was planning to leave the room one hour later, but she seemed annoyed about that, because her shift was almost over. I told her that it was ok if she didn't clean the room that day and she still got mad, apparently.

most of all was great with some ups and downs

front desk people too slow and even though they are there they don’t answer the phone it’s like they don’t care they just talk to each other like it’s the last day of their lives no customer service manners
